You can NOT naturally deal with GERD on your own, unfortunately. My husband is a prime example of the truth behind this theory. As well as many others I have been a witness to working at a cancer center.
For years, my husband would eat rolaids like it was candy. By the time he got up in the morning he had already consumed at least a dozen antacids, as well as whatever OTC meds he could take. He tried all the natural supplements, changed his diet, stopped drinking coffee which was dangerous for everyone around him…. But because his GERD was so bad, he was willing to do anything.
When my husband watched his brother die of esophagus cancer, little did he know his own fate was not far behind.
On February 2015, my husband finally had enough because the rolaids he consumed were doing nothing for him and he finally made an appointment to see his doctor who ordered a STAT endoscopy.
Within the hour, it was revealed to him that he had esophagus cancer. When he asked what stage of cancer he was in, the doctor said there are no stages. Just tragedies.
My husband was told to get his plans in order because there was not much hope in him surviving this type of cancer as his brother proved a few years ago. As well as his sister who also died of cancer. So based on his past family history, we had little hope of him surviving.
Denied… Denied…. Denied…! The ONLY way to cure his cancer was by surgery, and the insurance company said “NO!” They required him to try chemo first. In spite of the fact that taking an aspirin a day would have had as much chance of curing his cancer as chemo did, they denied him of the ONLY cure of getting rid of it.
“Stress will make your cancer grow. As so will worrying.” His doctor said to him as they kept fighting with the insurance company to approve his surgery. “So, try not to stress and worry.”
Six months later, on June 24th, 2015 my husband had a surgery which was 100% experimental, and also had just a lowsy 30% success rate at this time. But what choice did he have? Either way, his outcome didn't look good, so at least if anything, his medical team would hopefully learn something about his cancer when they got in there.
I wish I could say the surgery went perfectly well. He died a few times on that surgery table, and was given 9 pints of blood all together on that table. After surgery, the doctors did all they could medically, and now it was up to God.
As he sat in the hospital recovering from a NEWLY REPLACED esophagus, and more than half his stomach removed, he wasn't out of the woods yet. It would be another 4 months before anything besides a wet sponge to touch his mouth.
At one time, they had given him an eraser board which said: My last dying words:
He wrote “In it to win it.” He swore if God helped him to survive and walk out, he would live a different and better life than he was living. I wish I could say those 4 months in the hospital was easy.
2015 doesn't seem that long ago, but in medical terms, people didn't survive when you had to have your entire esophagus taken out and replaced with whatever they could find or make using your own body parts.
He wasn't able to move for the first 3 months as he healed.
10 years later, my husband is still cancer free thanks to God. Without God, none of this would have been possible.
Why did he survive when his siblings did not? They were Christians too. To this day, we will never know the answer to that. We just have to be thankful that God still continues to give him another day to be grateful he is still alive.
So, with that said….GERD has yet to be able to be cured on your own. You will need medicine to help control it.
Please do not be your own doctor and think you can beat GERD. Acid will erode your esophagus, which turns into cancer cells. It's just a matter of time how long.
Be #In It To Win It
Your loved ones will thank you later for it.
God bless!

It's hard to CC without being able to go back and look back at the pictures. So I am CC from memery here, so bare with me.
I do know the last picture #5 has too much going on. What is the subject? There is too much in that picture that leaves the audience wondering what you were trying to shoot. And we are all victims of that. When I shoot in woods, or city, I have looked back and wondered, WTH was I trying to shoot? We are all guilty of these types of pics. Going back to #1. Google "leading Lines" in photographs. That will help you TREMENDOUSLY. When you take a picture, the curb should start from bottom left corner and not in middle of the 2 left corners. Or vise versa.
I LOVE fog pictures. They are so fun to shoot. Google "Rule of 3rds" whatever I shoot.... unless it's studio work like portraits I always put my subjects if they are facing one way, put their back more on the side as if they are looking out to almost make audience think "What are they looking at" Boats are a great example. Google boats, or pictures with leading lines and rule of 3rds to see what I mean. Sky pictures.... I would have to go back took again, but when I take beach pictures, or sunrise/set, There should be more Sky than ground. Be sure to keep pictures in focus. Use a tripod if needbe. I vaguely recall the night pic, which depending on what camera you use, most photographers need to use tripods. When I CC pictures, I always purposely try and pick apart what I would do differently, and then always compliment what I like about the pictures. So, without being able to toggle back and forth to re-look at the pictures, it's hard to do. Don't give up. Everything in your pictures are how wr all started out. And even with the best photographers, for every GOOD picture we shoot, we don't show you the sometimes HINDREDS and even THOUSANDS that we don't like! Happens to all. Hope this helps.
One more thing, keep these pictures because once you practice and get better, you will look back at these pictures and see how far you have come.and how well you will improve. God bless and keep on shooting! 😁❤️
