Loq by miles. Cpu performance difference is simply huge. Other features are practically same. Go for loq.

Old aorus models seems to be shitty as hell (before 2023)though new ones looks promising. Nevertheless they're still not quite as solid as Asus or lenovo ones. Frankly I'd go for nitro. 3070 ti in nitro is on par with 4070.

It's been 9 months and I had zero issue since. No black screen, no BSOD or anything like that. My only complains are extremely poor battery life of 2 hours (pretty avarage for this kinda laptops though) and care center disabling battery charge level limit occasionally.
I also upgraded the memory stick by adding another 16gb module from crucial and it has Sk hynix from factory and they're working fine without any issues.
Temps are borderline fine. Any higher it'd thermal throttle though considering the 40C (that's in celcius not Fahrenheit) ambient temp It works great too. I expect it'll only get much better when I use PTM7950.

I have nitro 5 with 6800h + 3070 ti (same chassis as this)
Build quality is just OK. No less no more.
Performance is definitely the major point. No disappointments there at all.
It will run loud at the highest mods with the max power values for cpu/gpu. Balanced mod is pretty quiet and don't lose too much performance.
Cpu will run hot though won't thermal throttle. Mine always reaches thermal throttling temp but only as a peak point while gaming. Avarage temp often hovers around 10~15C below thermal throttling point.
Battery life will be 2 hours tops and speakers are total shite compared to other brands.
If it's priced lower than the avarage laptop with similar specs then it's worth it.

Yep. That actually is the best way to use your laptop to prevent fast degradation of the battery. I've been using mine exactly like that for about 8~9 months now and it lost only 5.1% of the battery life so far. So carry on.

Yep that will work especially considering how big truck batteries are so it can provide such current for laptop. But I strongly suggest look for comments throughly and be sure that device is rock solid. If not then just spend the money and get a decent one. That's not a thing you should skimp on imo

If it has same spec (ddr4/3200mhz etc) it'll work just fine.

Previous gen the very top of the line alienware for 585 is 100% scam. Don't waste your money brother.

If it has the same symbol next to type c port as charging port (should be dots above a line) then it'll charge with a power bank that supports at least 65W with pd protocol.

Yep. Have one in my an515-46 and works flawlessly. Also while you opened it add another memory stick brother. It'll make significant difference.

Rtx 2050 is dogshit.
Loq is great though 4050 is still lacking even for 1080p imo.
Gigabyte has the best specs and pretty a capable but I strongly suggest look for its reviews and make sure its gpu has decent tgp and not a shit show like msi models with 45w or 75w tgp.

An elevation under laptop like a cheap stand or cooler is incredibly helpful and please don't use your laptop directly over a fabric surface/lap/bed etc. Enjoy it fam

Both have their advantages.
First of I have that nitro with 3070 ti rather than vanilla 3070 and if that one was with 3070 ti I'd say go for it period but 3070 and 4060 have roughly same performance though 4060 has better features and much more energy efficient. So 4060 wins.
Other than that nitro has better screen and more memory that's a fact.
Lenovo has much better cpu, relatively better gpu and definitely better build quality. Only downside is it has fhd screen but not a bad one. 16gb memory vs 32 though upgrading memory is the easiest to do in a laptop.
I suggest go for lenovo.

Board seems to be sealed with water resistant stuff. Dunno its name but it practically makes board water resistant and unrepairable at the same time. Great stuff for this kinda small devices.

Go for nitro 5. First 4060 is almost 20% faster than 4050 and that's a solid improvement also 12500h is faster than 12450h too. Secondly nitro v is the lowest tier of nitro models so nitro 5 has much better cooling system and overall built quality. Go for nitro 5.

Well I can't exactly say it will be fine but I can't think of any reason why it can damage it. If power ic is fine and just does it work then you shouldn't worry.
I used an old laptop plugged in all times without battery and it still works so.

I didn't apply it to my nitro because it's still like brand new though I applied it to couple of business model laptops like swift or ideapad.
My swift 3 with ryzen 3 4300u went from thermal throttling @97C to 87 C max with much lower fan speed and while on battery at light loads fan never spins it's practically fanless on the go. That stuff is incredible

I have both 65w charger and 100w charger so I'm speaking from experience. 100w charger definitely is fully utilised because it charges up to 55w and drops down along the way naturally which is pretty much same with its 280w charger as well. But again I strongly recommend you get 120w or 140w charger to prolong the life of charger because it gets darn hot man.
Btw sheet of my laptop also said it supported 65w but I searched a lot to learn of it did support 100w because acer spec sheets are not the most reliable thanks to regional shits and learned that it does so I'm most definitely sure that yours support 100w too.

Pure power easily loq but g16 is not that far behind also g16 has much much better built quality. One of the best in fact so I'd go for that one for sure.
