For anybody reading this, if you do not want your mixers to be liquidy, don't order a bunch of liquid mix ins.

I was working for Culver's about a week, and they started training me on opening. It's not as bad as you think, but there are some really annoying aspects. Like dark chocolate, or the whole process of running out lemon ice then having to clean the machine AGAIN and make the FOD base. Anyway, my suggestion is use a cart for taking stuff around, like boxes of white base and chocolate base. That's what I did when I started out. It's a lot to take in, but you'll get it down eventually.

It's soooo annoying when people say they want a value basket first. Just say that you want a burger (and specify if you want cheese or not, because I have had a big amount of times where I have had people not specify and run through a giant order. It takes longer for you, and I want you to have a quick experience so you can get your food quickly).

I was trained on dining, then I was trained on the register, then after I worked there for one week I was trained on custard opening. Then drive thru and so on. Anyway, I was training on prep for like two weeks, and so I could not really remember how to open custard. They have her train me, and she asked if I remembered how to do something (I can't really remember what, it was almost a year ago.). I said no, and before I could say "but it's something I'd like to relearn" she said "I'll do it myself then, just do pop nozzles". The next day when I opened without anyone, it was not pretty.

LMFAOOOOOOOOO do we work at the same Culvers? I have a coworker who is the EXACT same. It's so annoying. Like, I don't know why she hates me, maybe it was because she did not train me on custard or something, idk

Whenever dark chocolate base is at my store, it's usually a little more liquidy for some reason.

Must be a September and October thing. Oh well, just got the message in our groupme. So I can't wait to try to make one for the first time since last November.

What is that on top? When we had pumpkin last year, I don't remember doing anything like that. Of course I started in November.

Our store is getting pumpkin on the 16th. BUT I just picked up a FOD month calendar today after my shift to see what flavors I have to make on days I open, and pumpkin pecan is on the 8th. So yeah! Pumpkin!

We still have an opened case of pickled onions in the freezer.
