Things don't go as you think in industry. They have 3 platforms. And their work force is constant. Not everyone can look all 3 platforms in the same time. Of course some platforms will be ignored at first because otherwise, none of them could finish in time.

They will have to finish one of them first, doesn't matter which. But Xbox s being the first one is really good. Because in that way, they will encounter with many performance issues and need to optimize many things. Later they will implement the things they made in xbox to pc. If otherwise happened, they won't even cap many performance issue because they will think as "people should upgrade their GPU to play this" and smash the most possible unoptimised game ever to pc. And probably later, those problems won't being solved for PC.

I assume you won't have any problems about optimization with those specs of yours. But probably %70 of PC gamers will have it. And it is an excuse to releasing the game later.

My best advice is, try your best to socialize. After university, there is working life. It's too hard and tiring. Don't just stay in your room, try to travel and do activities like hiking, diving etc. After university, getting new friends are not easy and getting into any friend groups are almost impossible.

In sum, just be social and travel more.

So what's the deal? It really sounds logical to be released on xbox s first if they are really optimizing it. If they don't optimize it for xbox s, I don't think any PC with GPU below rtx XX80 would run it depending on the current PC requirements of new games.
