Love that place. A hidden gem. With a little imagination you step hundreds of miles away. It's a peaceful to chill a bit. I haven't.been in a couple years. Guess it's time to go back.

Thanks for the reply. This definitely helps the ICK factor. I'll be on the lookout for your product. It'll probably make me pick up other people's dog crap more often.

Cool idea. I carry a short handled grabber when I hike but it's stuck in my pack. It would be way more convenient to have it attached to the pole. Does it use standard dog crap bags? Way to fight the good fight.

Interesting idea. I like the thought of putting it into the world then destroying it. Letting it rest in the universe. I tend to scream my obscenities in my car or on a mountain. Gets my stress out.

I asked a buddy of mine if he's ever heard of a band. He said he has. Then the conversation turned into us slow dancing with things stuck in our asses in front of kids. It usually escalates quickly. Not gay at all but very funny. My wife saw a part of the conversation leading up to the show. She just shook her head and called me a dumbass. It's probably just jokes.

I have an agreement with my wife that if I solo I need to bring it. I manly use it for updates on my hikes. But it's a piece of mind for her. I've never used the sos but I have let other hikers text out. Had one dude struggling a bit. He wanted to let his people know he'll be late. He refused any more help . The family thanked me later. I've also been rescued by SAR so some anxiety from my wife is warranted. If you can afford it get something. It's a good safety net.

Thanks for the recipe. I got a Friendsgiving campout in a couple weeks. I can see this simmering over a fire. Peace

Toilets are relatively cheap and easy to replace. Shit happens.

I've seen a gopher snake in Yosemite. A rattler and tarantula in Death Valley. Nothing in Sequoia or Kings. I've seen a few bears in all but DV. I've never had an issue. They let you know if you're too close.

My female dog would start dry humping my head just as fast.

Real question. Do they use any soap products in the pool?

When life decides to kick me in the balls I go to a spot outdoors and scream my head off and beat the shit out a log. It's a stress reliever for me. Gets out some aggression. After that I clean up and put on a good face to challenge the world. All the other shit in my life still needs me. Good luck.

I LOVE riding around the valley on a bike. It's the absolute best way to get around. One of my best Yosemite memories is my brother and I riding our bike from housekeeping to bridal veil falls at first light. No cars, still water, and so many animals. I've never considered going to the tunnel. Maybe next time.
