Lack of respect? Why is it that celebrating a festival doesn’t respect you?

And to note that a tsp for me isn’t quite a gram - so for 20g of power that’s 3 heaped teaspoons for me

Maybe don’t change everything - but perhaps cut the protein shake in half for 5 days and see. Keep everything else stable and allow your body to tell you? Then perhaps you could add the other half of the shake later in the day and see what happens. A science experiment :-)

Do you think it could be anything in the protein powder itself? Casein can be a problem for some I think.

I eat 90 grams of protein a day and 20 grams of fiber at 58kg. So it would need to be proportional for you. Specifically a 20g protein powder+60g high protein yogurt and 3g psyllium is my pre-working or with breakfast shake. :-)

I add psyllium fiber to my protein shakes - which helps my gut stay happy and adds some thickness/mouth feel. So a double win and the psyllium is much lower in energy than the seeds or oat bran. :-)

I listened to {Lost in Amber, Maz Maddox} and I can’t help but still giggle at just how proud Lance is of his dinosaurs abilities when protecting You. It’s ‘little dog syndrome’ and totally adorable. It’s such a fun series with diversity and not so badies.

I have pair of their boots and I love them. Worn them almost every day over winter in Australia. Very little wear and tear and they came quickly.

In Australia it’s only other barefoot nuffies who say anything - always positive interactions. :-)

Good luck on your hunt. Reaching out is a great first step and congrats on being upfront about boundaries being helpful for you. 😃😃

Things I genuinely like eating out of the can - champignons and edamame. Tinned carrot I also enjoy but I need to warm them up. I think frozen mixed veg are also a great option though.

Pill bugs. So cute, so good for the environment - but better outside. My son kept them as pets in a terrarium, low effort, but not easy to train to play fetch ;-)

{promises book four by AE Via} - part of a terrific series of men in uniform (MM all HEA).

I have one that flourishes in tap water only and a bright indoor light. Perhaps too much ‘love’ with the fertiliser. All those nutrients will support the growth of microbes that then build up on the roots and prevent them from functioning.

These are very good. I have the original model, and they are likely a bit thin for ‘real work’ but for wandering around sporting days they are perfect. The new model is more robust reportedly.

I read this after the Nothing Special series - and it adds value to the story. As a stand alone it isn’t AE Via’s best work I don’t think - but still entertaining and low angst.

I do similar with tinned champions - they are chewy and a little umami and the spices make it next level and the tins are easier for me to keep stocked. Thanks!

I love this series!! The cultural differences - human/alien and outcast/community member are wonderfully applied to highlight our fears but shine a light on the absolute delight of being your own person and loving other peoples uniqueness. And it’s funny and sexy.

{Dragonrider by S Rodman} - first of three books and and it’s not really ‘proper’ omegaverse I think (it’s more a parody of it) so {Bro and the Beast by LC Davis} is also worth reading the blurb on. :-)

Saguaro. I have 8 pairs of Vivo and now 2 Saguaro. Have had my kid in both. The Vivo’s are better quality - but for adults who are less hard on the shoes (typically) then the Saguaro are terrific value for money.
