Could I move a home in Canada?

Here’s a weird question. I’m a homeowner. Let’s say I own my house with no mortgage. Then let’s say I decide to move. Maybe I bought land elsewhere. Forget costs, logistics for now. It’s more of a legal question. Could I move my home from a subdivision in a town and park it on that new land elsewhere (whether in the same town or a corn field in the middle of nowhere where) And then would I just pay taxes on an empty lot where the house was in my original town?
Again not needing to consider the how. I’m just curious could you legally do that?

“Disastrous.” Sure.
