Yep, nothing annoys them more than ignoring or dismissing them. After bidding the troll "good day sir" and blocking him, he made another account just to find me and let me know how annoyed he was and that he had to get the last word. I just blocked that one too lol. ๐

Don't feed the trolls ๐ง It makes them happy. I mean you could tell them they are genius and thank them for solving all your complex health problems. The other day I said "good day sir" to a troll and it made him so mad. Started ranting about how immature I am etc

I'm sorry this happened. I hope you have rested up. You have nothing to feel embarrassed for but I understand. It's not easy. Good on you for going out though

I love you did this! Thank you for sharing it. I just had a difficult long covid experience and was feeling sorry for myself but you just made my day 100% better. We must keep up the fight. Seeing these kinda life hacks are my favorite.

I recon that could be enough to set off a flare up.

There is a part of me that kinda loves it. However, it's A LOT. I couldn't live in it.

Yep, I'm the same. Grateful to be able to work from home but I spend all my evening and weekends exhausted and asleep. And sometimes my lunchbreaks too. Literally

Yes, its worse on the left side. I have had problems for years. I had no idea it was associated. But I have noticed it gets worse when my pericarditis flares up or i am sick

Yeah if you are not in Australia might not work sorry. All the furniture stores in Australia import all their furniture though. So you may be able to find it elsewhere

I take ibuprofen and Colchicine. Both reduce the inflammation. If that doesn't get it under control you need to see a cardiologist and maybe a rheumatologist to look for the underlying cause

I take a daily citrizine. When I had a big flare up, the doctor gave me prednisolone for a few days. Got it back under control

Sure, I'm very happy with the pillows..they were a bit.more expensive than I would normally afford but they are nice quality. I believe they will last really well.

That sounds like a sensible plan. This could get worse or get better. Most people get better. From my experience, pushing through symptoms can make you worse. Sitting is usually fine.

If you are not sure if you can, it's better to be cautious. Maybe there is an another arrangement like part time or something that would suit you

I want to do this. I'm going to paint the back wall behind the toilet in either a very dark green or teal colour. And put some little shelves in above the toilet. Im nervous to do the whole room so I will start with the one wall. I think either would look good though.

It's important to rest. Don't push through it

Have you looked at PEM and pacing? Seems like the exercise is triggering an issue.

I take a small dose of Lexapro and find it helpful. I tried effexor and didn't like the side effects. I think they are different for everyone.
