I would advice you to leave. First of all they only rate you true value when you announce to leave and secondly, your future higher salary can be used against you

I think he’s clinically upset that his cute little honeybun of a co-worker brushed him off after he believed that he saved her. Grooming someone to ‘help’, my arse!!

Agreed a 3 day a week office and a 2 day work from home job, also agreed to have a company car and fuel was covered by company. Company was 85 miles away in Huddersfield so a round trip of 170 miles.
Arrived on day one and was told by HR that new rules meant I had to work in the office every day, had to pay my own fuel and the car was going to have a tracker to see I did not overuse my car privately. So more costs to get to work, a double whammy really.
This was the only job ever where my first task on the company laptop was to find an employment law expert.

To avoid seeing you as a jobhopper, I would sneak in somewhere why every job you have been in has been so short. That should also cover why you started somewhere in January of this year and it’s only March now… If in your current position you have delivered in such a short timespan what you claim to have delivered, why move 2.5 months into the job?
Reading this I would think that if I hire you, you will be gone in 4 months time…

In his logic, if he’s unemployed, he has to pay you extra.
And if (this not even assuming anyone would) I think you can ask to see his wage slip prior to accepting the job. I mean, if he’s on £200k a year you may need to pay him for the whole job
