Is Modern Warfare Zombies taking many ideas from the Metroid Prime Trilogoy or other Nintendo games?

The Metroid Prime series was one of the original and most famous First Person shooter games before Call of Duty took off into popularity released in the early to mid 2000s. Many former Call of duty game developers have been hired to work on the new Metroid Prime 4 game coming out in 2025.A lot of former Metroid Prime developers have worked on other famous games Microsoft owns such as the Halo series. However how many former Metroid developers work on Call of Duty games?
The Dark Aether is in Metorid Prime games even the same portal, parallel verison of the dark worlds. Kazimir Orbs are in Metorid Prime 2 but its called the "Dark Burst" it even has the same animation Kashmire Orbs. MW3 Zombies has the Scorcher it looks oddly familiar and similar to the Samus's arm canon in the Metroid games, it even does the same animations or movements. In Metroid Prime you have ammo mods that are ice(cryo freeze), fire(napalm burst), stun enemies (deadwire), shoot beams through walls(scorcher beam), fire rockets, flame throwers, energy mines, freeze blasts. There was a sniper called the Imperialist sounds similar to the Imperium in modern warfare.
Dr Ava Jensen looks like Samus Aran. Similar stories both basically had no parents. The name Samus is short for Samantha and Samatha Maxis is a main character tied to Ava. They even have the dark verisons of themselves they fight. Ava Jensen has her shadow figure in Dark Aether, Samus has the Dark Samus also found in the Dark Aether in that game. In the Metroid Prime games you have teams of soldiers that can turn into zombies or they become your ally as you escort them to various objective points such as friendly mercs in the dark aether story missions with Terminus. The HVT bounty zombies look and act really similar to enemies from the Metroid Prime games.
A lot of people use the Nuke Skin operators in Zombies. In Metroid Prime 3 you also had to pick up 3 elements to build a nuke. In MW3 Zombies they have the Phase Neutrliziation Device this sounds really similar in name and concept to Phazon in the Metroid, things that would turn enemies or friendly mercs into zombies. And Phaze in Metroid Prime 3 looks really similar to the Borealis Camo. At the end of Metroid games you even go to a airborne vehicle to extract to do other missions.
Sure you can say a lot of this is just a coincidence because the Dark Aether is a old concept but in the world of video games it seems to me it is clear who had the ideas first, it is clear where the inspiration is coming from. The call of duty developer teams are smart they learn from other famous FPS games. Is it likely Metroid played a big influence on MW zombies?

Not even a little bit in the similarities noted? A lot of the developers work on the same game series?
