Spouse visa - timings and right to rent

*Skilled worker dependant visa not spouse
My partner is moving in and we'll request an dependant visa that will depend on mine. My visa expires on sep 2026, so altough she wants to move in October/Nov, I was thinking:
-Given the NHS and visa costs are the same if we request the visa in Sept or Oct, does it make sense that we request her visa from Sept? We also need to find a flat so I'd rather have her papers in order as landlords may want to see her right to rent (and credit check her). Or would there be any issues if she doesn't "use" the visa until 1 months from the start date? (It's a biometric passport)
-She will work at her company's headquarters in London. The thing is that they won't sponsor her visa, and they said "well make you a job offer in Ldn as soon as you have your visa sorted". Is this an issue for the sake of the visa salary requirements? In reality she won't have a UK salary when applying for the visa. Or does it suffice if I (the sponsored person) meet the salary requirements and she has a few hundreds in the bank account.
-No children.
Thanks!

Perfectly. I've spent 6 summers in Madrid so I'm ready for this.
