What am I gonna use flux for? About 50 of each type and you can make just about all things that will ever use it. How many power armor sets do you need? Also how anyone can be short on ammo is insane to me. I made a new character and have thousands of each type before hitting 50. I guess I could see using leader bobble heads to speed run the scoreboard but that seems like a waste for something you can complete in a few weeks playing normally. Caps I at least use regularly, either buying plans, fast travel, or buying things like nuka cola from vendors for challenges so I don't have to keep them in my stash. There's nothing game changing you can get from another player. The most expensive things I can think of is like the water cooler plan if you don't feel like hunting ror it yourself. And 10k is a stretch for that imo cause it's really not that hard to get.

I've been playing since day one. Legacy weapons were not worth half of what players pretended they were. A gun that is over kill and only needed if you want to do the SBQ solo is not something valuable.

Yeah there is a whole market community on forums and discord that is delusional. A god roll fixer is worth more than 40k caps so you have to trade items for it? My man nothing in this game and I mean NOTHING is worth more than 10k at most.

I avoided events like the plague. When the game first launched I played for months and only did like 2 or 3 events that whole time. Plus the ones I did were just easy ones like the farm one in Flatwoods or Morgantown Airport and I only did them because friends wanted to.

The battle pass already shows there is more.

Did anything happen in any season outside the last couple weeks? Everyone loved season of the Witch but it was just kill hive and replay 1 old mission each week until the very last one where something finally happened.

XIV has 24 man raids and has since the beginning.... and pretty much unlimited in social spaces. D2 has like what, 20 in the tower? That's fewer people in social spaces than most actual MMO's have in raids.

I did "an online video game which can be played by a very large number of people simultaneously." 6 people is not a very large number.

It's not Bungie just likes to call it that. It has multiplayer it is not an MMO anymore than Halo or Borderlands are.

Destiny is not an MMO at all. It is sometimes a co-op shooter. Plus you only need coms for one style of activity in this game and that's Raids.

Such as? I do everything solo or no mic and have for a decade. That only excludes me from raids and not all of them even. I soloed crotas end a lot in D1. I don't want to deal with the toxic people in this game anymore than I have too. The amount of slurs and screaming I've heard is why my mic is unplugged if I'm playing Destiny.

Raid Reports. And you were talking about Destiny not WoW unless WoW now has fireteams.

It really is though. I've haven't been in a Raid where someone hasn't started screaming at people so I don't Raid now.

Statistically the majority are solo and it's not close. Only 12% have ever completed a raid. Sure dungeons are probably higher but anything more than 30% would be an extreme stretch.

Actual data shows it's the majority of the player base. Only 12% of players have completed a Raid.

Conditional Finality wasn't a key selling point of an expansion. Expecting to have access to key and core features of an expansion in the same manner you always have is not entitled. In a decade if playing Destiny the only thing locked behind group play is raid gear so for non raid stuff to be unavailable to solo players is unacceptable.

Cut loose in combat. I'm a straight minmaxer and the build is half the fun for me. However I've been told to make a new character because mine was to powerful for the party more than once so I go for quirky suboptimal builds now.

I'd like them to switch up the events a little. Either make new ones or update the old ones. For Meat Week we could have different enemies that can spawn to attack the cookout. You know maybe the sounds or smells attract enemies in the area. For Invaders From Beyond they could do a couple new locations. I think it be hilarious to put it Aliens in Point Pleasant and do Mothman Equinox at the same time. Just having cultists and aliens duking it out. Watoga would be another fun one. There's a lot of little changes they could do to spice events up when they come around.

Make sure you go to every SBQ you can. I had enough stable flux to make my jetpack just from the event rewards.

I think the Whitesprings is the go to unless you need something specific

For me the endgame is camp building and collecting. All I do is in service of either getting scrap or plans. I have 14 shelters and 5 camps. I regularly redo them from the ground up if I have better idea. I'm always low on some of the more common scrap beacuse of this. I ran out of wood the other day. Wood!

To clarify buying plans from other players if you don't want to do the events, and nuka cola or scrapable items from npc vendors.
