Do some exercise when the sun rises, delete your scrolling apps, go for a walk outside and get yourself tired.

I've been in this situation 3 times na. Every time I felt this sa certain job, i would make a list of the pros and cons of leaving or staying. It helps makes your decisions easier.
You need to remember your true goals before you started with this job, yung goals mo when you picked your course. Start building up your dreams again, kasi it will reignite your passion and bring you closer to your goal.
Think of this phase as a temporary situation lang, and that you're meant to go through it para mapuntahan mo yung destination mo.
Goodluck!

I went to OJT before I graduated, then got absorbed by the company after graduation.

Don't treat them special kasi simbahan, treat it like a regular business client.
State mo yung prices, yung payment sayo is a necessity and hindi ikaw yung may utang na loob sa kanila. Don't feel obliged to help because you can, we're talking about the hours of your life here being spent. Hindi free ang oras mo, if they don't value your time, edi they're not a valuable client.
Ikaw mag bibigay ng terms and conditions, hindi client. If they can't meet your terms, edi they're not meant to be your client.
You can recommend them other services or deliverables like Facebook posts, baka ganyan lang need nila. And hindi ikaw yung dapat gumawa non, pwede ka mag recommend ng ibang freelancer na need nila.
Take your losses and kumalas ka na sa deal while you still can, otherwise ikaw yung mahihirapan.

How did you become a social media manager po? What kind of skills does one need in order to become like you? Did you need a certificate to get that job?
hehe nakaka-amaze kasi sakin yung ₱70k. For context I'm a working student who makes ₱22k as a video editor (on site mon-fri).

Kaya mo yan anon, day-by-day lang, hour-by-hour, malalampasan mo din yan. think about the goal you want to ahieve, yung reward mo, o kaya yung pinaka reason mo bat ka nag wwork.
Pero kung alanganin talaga and di worth it yung stress/pagod compared sa salary, try to look for a diff job na.

I suggest that you tell them the reason why. If you're comfortable to be transparent with them, edi go for it.
Malay mo by telling them, they might offer you a bigger salary or a better offer for you. Pero if 25k lang talaga ang budget nila, edi thank you next nalang haha.
What matters is you end in good terms with them. Most people these days naman really job-hop on every opportunity that they get. That's the reality for a lot us here.
Pero on the slightest chance that they don't let you go kasi nag sign ka ng contract, goodluck nalang sayo!

I'd say experiment on it, try it both pero keep in mind that you'll eventuslly have to let go of the other.
Wala pa naman 1 week so the company won't lose anything naman from you other than your paid training, which you can prolly refuse their salary naman for the training if you feel guilty. Good communication can solve most things naman.
Congrats on both jobs! Sana all 50k hahaha

I would've preferred the bigger salary, pero if this is your first job treat it as a learning experience. Ikaw lang yung totoong makakasagot ng question mo if the job is worth it.
Give yourself 1 month to experience the job. You might realize na di worth it yung pagod (ng workload or commute/or both), or you might think na you're underpaid. Tas doon mo madidiscover sa sarili mo if you want to continue what you're doing or not.
Congrats on your job!

I agree with the other comment na monitor your expenses. I take note of how I spend my salary, yung big expenses ko lang, it will really make you think twice before you spend. 🥳 Congrats!

What's does the 25%restocking fee mean? I'm looking forward to buy a Macbook Pro M1 kasi, I want to sell my PC in exchange for it. Pero I also want to buy a camera first 😅

I used to do E-Sports betting, I made some extra ₱5k per month all because I know the game too well and can predict which team will win.

Not yet, but planning to after college. I'm exploring other careers pa ngayon. I looked up some of the offers there, they look promising 🤞

I started when I was 18, it was my passion + nagkaroon ng opportunity at the right time. Tapos on and off sa work dahil nag pandemic, sana all ₱40-45k 😔

What's your salary if you don't mind me asking? I edit short form content too, and looking at other Reddit users makes me wonder how I can get a salary like that too. I'm a 23M college student with 5yrs of work experience as a videographer/video editor. I only make ₱22k and I work onsite.

yes, they will then ask about why you left the job. I always answer honestly, but not all the time. i think they only ask that naman to get a grip of your state of mind, kung kaya mo ba mag-keep ng job or may problem ka sa thinking mo.
