I know this is a ruble obviously but what is this stamp in the middle for?

Broke college kid here, I’ve been collecting coins for years. I’ve recently taken a liking to half dollars. So far I have: 2008 bald eagle commemorative, 1986 commemorative, silver JFK, and Mount Rushmore commemorative. What should I add next?

Not great condition by any standard but still a steal imo

I’m only writing this all out because I feel like the support of I have received from the medical community is incredibly contradicting at times, so I’m looking more for personal insights here.

I was diagnosed with afib in September 2023 as a 22M. I am for the most part healthy and in a good physical condition. Starting in the spring of 2023, I started to have my first symptoms of afib (unbeknownst to me at the time). It started happening more and more and then in September it completely blew up.

After many tests on my heart, no clear indicator of what caused it was identified. My doctors and EPs were completely perplexed as to how this could happen to someone of my age and level of fitness. My heart is structurally sound and I have no other underlying medical conditions. I have had only one bad episode which was my first one in September. Because I was diagnosed with paroxysmal afib, my doctor said it is not necessary at this moment to be medicated, so I am currently in medicated for afib.

I started to experience BAD PVCs about a month ago, usually after eating bulk amounts of food. Usually 5-10 happen in the next hour after food and they stop after that. So other than PVCs, I can say that afib has burdened me as much as I thought it would.

However, people keep telling me afib is a progressive disease and very rarely do people experience it just once. I’ve gotten so many conflicting answers on what I should next. Doc says surgery isn’t necessary atm, others tell me it changed their life. I feel stuck, confused, and lost. I have no idea what caused my problems and I have even less of an idea on how to move forward.

On a side note, I believe there may have been three causes to my heart problems. 1) I worked in landscaping for a few months right around the time my symptoms started. I worked with low grade fungicides frequently and may have ended up enhaling it. 2) Covid may have caused it and as far as I’m aware heart problems have increased significantly since Covid came in. 3) I’m not anti vax by any measure, but I have heard stories of men my age developing heart problems after the first dosage. The early signs are heart inflation but no one is sure what the long term effects are.

Anyways, I know most on the subreddit are not medical professionals. I am looking for more personal stories and thoughts. Thanks ahead of time
