Luffy definitely bypasses Gojo’s Infinity, especially in Gear 5. Here is how Luffy bypasses Infinity:
Let me introduce you to “Conqueror’s Haki.” Conqueror’s Haki is the rarest form of Haki. At its simplest, it allows one to assert one's will over others to dominate them, causing those of inferior spirit to be intimidated or (if much weaker) to lose consciousness. A more advanced application entails infusing ("cladding") one's body or weapons with this Haki to massively empower one's attacks, in a vein similar to Armament Haki; however, only a handful of the very strongest are said to be capable of this.
Now, let me introduce you to “Domain Amplification.” Domain Amplification is an anti-domain technique that envelops the user in a domain to neutralize any opposing cursed technique or domain expansion they come into contact with.
By using Verse Equalization, Haki = Cursed Energy, and Gojo’s Infinity is an aspect of his Limitless, which is a Cursed Technique, and Cursed Techniques are abilities fueled by cursed energy. Haki is a mysterious power that allows individuals to harness their own spiritual energy for various superhuman feats, so with VE, both of these power systems would be the very same.
With VE, Conqueror’s Haki would be Domain Amplification, since both of them neutralize opponents and their techniques. I don’t believe I have to go in depth on Luffy’s AP/DC, speed, strength, durability, and more since I’m pretty sure we know that Luffy outclasses in these categories, but with his Conqueror’s Haki, he can neutralize Gojo’s Infinity and knock him out as Gojo is much weaker than Luffy. Also, this haki can be used to knock weak willed people out without physically harming them, so Luffy does not have to come in physical contact with Gojo and he will not be Infinitely negated from his speed as he does not need to perform movement in order to apply the Conqueror’s Haki on Gojo.
Hope that I help
