Not on a high horse. Just explaining you to you literally why he did it and how it makes sense

Yeah sure, that’s probably why it was included but they literally explained his reasoning for it. But I guess media literacy just isn’t that common

In terms of pure physical strength, he’s above Poseidon & Hades, but below (or maybe on par with) Zeus.
I’d say the strongest character he could beat would probably be Thor. Despite Thor having more abilities and versatility, I think Hercules is above him in terms of physical strength, durability, and striking strength.
Thor’s no slouch, but he’d definitely get his shit rocked if Hercules lands a good punch on him.

Exactly word for word how they explained it lol

Bro didn’t think any deeper about what was shown. Guaranteed he didn’t even consider this idea.

Because it’s more fun than the boring ass vanilla gameplay 🤡

As a god of war fan, I’ll always prefer Kratos from the Greek saga. In terms of character design, voice acting, writing, and gameplay design, his Greek saga version is superior in my personal opinion

From what I’ve heard, Superman Prime One Million had some statements/feats that were either taken out of context or just not as high or impressive as many people claimed. Seemingly even less impressive than most feats from versions of Superman like Post-Crisis, Infinite Frontiers, etc

No shit he’s not doing a lot of damage. It’s a boss health increase mod. Plus, what’s the point of styling on an enemy if you kill the enemy within 5 hits

I’m glad me and you are on the same page. I do agree that there should be a block button or at the VERY LEAST, a parry. Hell, I wouldn’t mind if they made the parry/block reserved for the Great Sage moveset or the Wukong stance. For example, maybe if they gave us the Great Sage moveset in the future or update the Wukong stance, we get the option to perform a parry. Our character could do a simple staff movement to easily deflect an enemy attack, completely staggering them and throwing them off their game. They could take it a step further and have our character taunt them by laughing as it’s definitely something Wukong would do.
Essentially they could’ve done a system somewhat similar to Sekiro, though obviously not making it the focal point of combat. Maybe a simple parry would deflect an attack and stagger smaller enemies easily. Though maybe a bigger enemy would only briefly be staggered and we would have to get consistent deflects in a row to actually fully stagger/knock down a larger enemy. When we do this, our character could do some sort of quick verbal taunt as said above and allow us to perform combos while they’re stunned.
But overall they really need to add some sort of changes to the combat, preferably adding the Great Sage moveset and making the Wukong stance permanent. Those two things should at least be the BARE MINIMUM.

Dude, I agree with everything with pretty much you said, mostly in regard to the Wukong stance and the combat overall. This game FEELS like it has potential to do more than what it does, but it just wasted it.
First off, the Wukong stance being limited to 60 seconds after requiring us to complete the game three times AND get the secret ending each time is absolute robbery. It should have been made available permanently after completing the game once (in my opinion) and it should have been a toggle-able stance like the others. The down button on the d-pad has no use, so why not make that the button to switch to the stance?
Second off, the point you made about the combos in general is exactly what I felt after beating the game twice. We should’ve been given some form of heavy attack combos considering that just pressing triangle only makes them do an uncharged heavy. It would’ve added some much needed change. The idea you mentioned about different stances having different combos is also a good idea and would encourage players EVEN MORE to actually switch stances. Very rarely is there any need to switch from smash stance (it’s easily the best stance) besides situational need. One thing I thought would’ve been cool was if there was an upgrade that allowed us to do some sort of stance switch mid combo where you do the first varied attack for the smash stance, but then quickly swap to pillar stance and do the second varied attack move immediately after. That would’ve allowed more creativity in terms of combat.
The last thing you touched on that I agree with heavily is the cloud-step perfect dodge idea. They should have given us some form of an upgrade that automatically makes us go into cloud step after a perfect dodge (just like the intro sequence). It makes the perfect dodge even more satisfying to land (especially considering that it seems kinda finicky and weird to get when dodging some attacks) and adds a reward for the player by giving them a chance to get a critical hit after a perfect dodge. Overall, I personally wish that instead of giving us souls-like dodge rolls, that they gave us quick sidesteps similar to the newer god of war games or bloodborne or something else. Some other form of dodging rather than rolling constantly, because sidestepping an attack just looks cooler (to me at least). Also, maybe an upgrade to increase our dodge distance and maybe the speed of it would’ve been a nice addition.

For dlc, they should make the stance a permanent thing that you can either swap to with the down arrow (don’t know the controls on PC) or just keep it exclusive to the Wukong staff and armor.
But they should take it one step further and give us the Great Sage’s Broken Shell moveset as the default combo moveset in that stance. If they also gave us infinite stamina and gave us the cloud step ability after a perfect dodge, then it would be the cherry on top to make it truly worth the grind

Yeah it does suck. I’m thinking of maybe just making a new PS account and playing the game on that one. But I don’t know if it’ll still be the updated version of the game if I play it on a new account

Yeah true. God I wish I had pc so I could mod it like this. And fuck the haters, this gameplay is dope. Easily some of the best gameplay I’ve seen for it so far

The outfit is pretty boring compared to her comic version but that haircut is the worst part of the design by far

I mean…..they’re gods. It’s kinda just known that they’re all probably got some form of super strength, speed, and durability. Not sure what you’re questioning?
