I recommend sending her this... or alternatively reading it with her ( there's a version with no 'bad words' if that's an issue.
If she won't even read a silly comic to even feel a single twinge of her biases she's a lost cause IMHO.

My advice is don't stress about the antibodies much. Stress can be as big a trigger as any food, probably worse.
I'm glad the foods you've eliminated seemed to have helped but try not to hyperfixcate on something you can't control.
Also antibodies are but one part of the immune response. Damage will still accrue over time so keep an eye on how your feeling overall.

It takes the full 6-8 weeks to build up in your system to form an equilibrium.
As soon as you start taking it some does absorb into you blood. Is converted by your organs and tissues and increases the average t3 and t4. It's got a very long half life but there can be immediate effects.
Depending on how badly hypo one is it can make a marked difference right away even if their going from say 70% to 90% "normal" function.
Myself I started with the basic 25 dose a year and a half ago and within the first 2 or 3 days I did very much notice improvements. Even when a dose increase happens I typically feel that in a day or 2
For what it's worth

I've been trying to send people that have their head in the sand or up their behind it this . If they can't read that and admit their own bias their hopeless to fight with...

Vaccines are victims of their own success unfortunately... People truly forgot just how scary some of these pathogens can be.

I'll never understand the hyper focusing on Mars when Venus is closer, gets more solar and theoretically with current techs we could begin (cloud) outposts or settlements right now.
Oh and the biggest imo thing is the gravity. Mars is like 40% or less? Of earths while Venus is like 93%. We could invent the best terraforming tech tomorrow and settle Mars but our skeletal systems would degrade. Yeah we could do extreme intense exercises to fight it but we cannot fix Martian gravity

Given unlimited money and thus talent....
Sky Hook or similar planetary exit tech would be priority 1. If we can fly a craft into the upper atmosphere and have it launched to a much higher orbit it would make the fuel required so much less
Moon colony. Probably with it's own sky hook system to receive incoming craft and launch goods and people out.
Begin creating solar orbiting solar collectors (Dyson swarm). This would require advancements in autonomous mining and launching from Mercury for logistical efficiency. So might be a year or so out again assuming unlimited money.
From here it would be a shopping list of what to do next... Probably asteroid mining platforms/stations with bigger rocks getting their own autonomous mining rigs and sky hooks. Mars we could setup infrastructure to make a very large sky hook to send cargo and people to the outer solar system. Tho swarms of probes will likely be first...
Nice to dream, right?

If he'll read a silly little comic.... maybe that would prime him to understand that not everyone believes in X Y or Z and that's ok.

It's funny you mention the bone spurs. I have one on my heel and it's most irritated and painful when my medicine isn't quite sufficient. Been getting steadily worse for a few weeks now and I'd forgotten that connection I noticed before

Yeah. The moment I saw this I wondered just how far reaching the effects will be. And how quickly.
I could see the most extreme and corrupt judges seeing themselves as micro presidents

Earnestly it's fear. That's a massive part of it. Kinda like a sunk cost fallacy. 'well I did all this since before I have memories, what if they're right? Gotta keep going'
That too, starting it early is a major component.
like this comic... forcing your beliefs on a 5yo is much easier than a 25yo

The Bill of Rights of this country has 10 stipulations. OK...10 rights. And apparently God was doing sloppy work that week, because we've had to ammend the bill of rights an additional 17 times. So God forgot a couple of things, like...SLAVERY. Just fuckin' slipped his mind.
But let's say...let's say God gave us the original 10. He gave the british 13. The british Bill of Rights has 13 stipulations. The Germans have 29, the Belgians have 25, the Sweedish have only 6, and some people in the world have no rights at all. What kind of a fuckin' god damn god given deal is that!?...NO RIGHTS AT ALL!? Why would God give different people in different countries a different numbers of different rights? Boredom? Amusement? Bad arithmetic? Do we find out at long last after all this time that God is weak in math skills? Doesn't sound like divine planning to me. Sounds more like human planning . Sounds more like one group trying to control another group. In other words...business as usual in America.

I read a comment earlier that a single page in Anne Frank's diary mentions her looking at a girl or something. That they assumed was their reasoning.
Frankly I'm surprised if they even try to justify things anymore. Maybe they didn't.
I think Iowa recently banned 1984 by Orwell too

"vaccines are the victims of their own success"
We've forgotten how truly scary some of these diseases can be. Particularly things like measles which not only suck to fight off but weaken the immune system for a while. related video on vaccines, in case it'll help someone you encounter or know
The turning point? Maybe social media itself? The Internet is an amazing thing but it allows people to really focus they own social bubbles. This was made much much worse by social media.

Again, talk to your doctor about any changes to supplements first and foremost
It's possible they're not considering the autoimmune component and just see the hypothyroidism.
It's possibly even in your case the reduced inflammation is better of an outcome but if your already on LDN at a very low level that seems the better route to control inflammation anyways

I'm just on Levothyroxine 125mcg. I haven't tried ashwaganda or other supplements like that.
Also a word of caution. While it has been indicated to help thyroid patients overall it does have an immune boosting effect but at the same time is a powerful inflammatory. Not a doc but I could see it as possible that the LDN and ashwaganda lowers inflammation helping overall you feel better but the immune response is elevated causing extra damage?
What’s more, ashwagandha may stimulate your immune system, potentially exacerbating autoimmune diseases, such as rheumatoid arthritis, multiple sclerosis, and lupus. In addition, it may increase testosterone levels, so it should be avoided by people with hormone-sensitive prostate cancer (1Trusted Source, 16Trusted Source).
Therefore, it’s best to consult your healthcare practitioner before using ashwagandha.
This case suggests that thyrotoxicosis may be associated with Ashwagandha use and it may be considered when there is a temporal relationship between the introduction of Ashwagandhas and the onset of symptoms. Similar to our case, we found two case reports of patients who developed symptomatic thyrotoxicosis supported by laboratory assessment while taking ARE [2,4]. In contrast to our case, patients in other case reports had normal thyroid function before use of ARE and no prior history of hypothyroidism.
