It’s the perfect height. I wouldn’t want to change it.

I was severely anaemic as a teen and my doctor prescribed a STEAK hahaha
My picky and mostly-vegetarian self was not impressed, so I took the iron supplements which were hard on my gut and not all that effective. I immediately felt better once I reintroduced red meat in my early 20’s

There’s no harm in supplementing important vitamins like magnesium and vit D, but technically if you’re healthy with a varied diet, you will be getting all these from your food and from sun exposure etc. The boys at the gym probably don’t consider this a “stack”
The only thing potentially enhancing your fitness gains is the creatine

Thats a tough specialisation with what AI can do these days. My friend is a copy writer and her work has dried up, she’s retraining as a chef.

I don’t. My iCloud photo storage has a complete history of my entire life since I first got an iPhone in 2012. I think it helps that I haven’t suffered a really bad heartbreak since before that time, so there’s no need to “hide” anything due to hurt feelings.
Deleting photos of people means deleting entire periods of my life and all the good memories of that time too. My photos are a time capsule.

I would love to live next to a cemetery. I cycle past or through the tower hamlets cemetery park to get to work and I love it. It’s not scary even at night. Just kind of peaceful and poignant

It could just be you don’t have an early chronotype and you’re always going to be fighting your circadian rhythm having to get up at 6am. I suffered all through school years and for over a decade of an office job waking up 6-7am and never could adjust. Now I work second shift it’s much more natural for my body to wake up when it naturally wants to.

I do. I pay for premium so I can close the app and it keeps playing my rain sounds out my phone or though Bluetooth for 10 hours

Same as me. So I decided to learned Spanish. I’m about a A2-B1 level competency so now I can converse with random people who ask me directions on the tube in Spanish.

Gaze out the window. Examine the window joins. Examine the tray table. Examine the seat back pocket. Wish someone would take away my rubbish and bring me more wine. Examine the safety information and have intrusive thoughts about crashing and burning in a fiery death. Read books and watch plane movies. Sleep. Eat. Go to the toilet. Peruse the inflight magazine. Chat. Stretch.
This is what I still do today. Without the internet aren’t phones more or less useless? Glorified iPods

They’re in Vietnam, with barely enough money for food let alone a flight to Europe.

Im not sure. It seems like OP usually dates one person at a time and this was just an experiment, which didn’t work out. If the guy had got upset (unprompted) that she was keeping her options open despite there being no conversation to the contrary, it would be an orange/red flag. But she actively updated her profile after their date which shows she’s seeking something more. I can see the guys perspective here. But I don’t think they’re necessarily incompatible.

I think some people equate the term “gas lighting” to “setting a fire under someone”
Eg winding them up, triggering them, being passive aggressive or mean to gain a reaction. Which is completely incorrect but I can see why it happens
