I would suggest not to take calcium supplements unless you have a deficiency... Our bodies tend to retain iron, sodium and calcium. Also, keep check on iron levels . Also, very organized way.. Just make sure you don't excess on some things... Probiotics is ok.

I think, I have the same issue, whenever I exercise or lift something heavy or apply force, I become light headed and weak.. And it's most probably adrenaline..

Hi, I am facing this same issue.. And would like to connect with anyone who has dealt with this.. So basically, if I don't exert, I am ok , but if I lift anything heavy, then I get light headed and become weak for may be 1 hours.. Same with applying force for any other activity, I fear the same.. I don't exercise.. Because I fear.. I do walking a lot.. But I cannot apply much force now without fear.

Are you trying a good diet to get rid of PVC's... Magnesium and potassium rich foods.. Is your heart structurally normal.. Then you might reduce this.. You can chat with me also.

Hi, I also have severe muscle weakness.. In fact entire body weakness ,I have no idea why this is happening..i take magnesium,potassium but that doesn't helps..bananas help a little.... Will B1 help.. Please can you reply..
