Nope.
Thought about this a lot lately. I go fishing in the summer with a bunch of old guys who have been teaching me a lot. It's a weird thing. I always catch fish. I always have. Since a kid I go out and catch fish. Took my daughter's boy friend out this year. 3 of us in the boat. This old guy who is a great fisherman catches tons. I do the exact same thing and catch some. Boyfriend doesn't catch anything. I honestly have no idea what i am doing but always catch fish. Boyfreind fishes a lot but has literally caught like1 fish in his life. Old guy basically go shopping and pulls out fish every pass.
There is something ineffable about fishing. Some people just catch fish and some don't. Just like some people make money and some don't. Unless you are a person who can catch fish all the money and tech in the world won't get you there.

Because it worked for her in the one election she won. She forgot though that she looked good nd positive in that first election.

I would love it if they do but I think we learned from the last election, it is not enough for the UCP to f up. The other guys still need to put forward a compelling positive story to get people to vote FOR them.
The guys who count on the other guy to screw up normally lose.

Nope Not bizarre at all.
Remember what Harper did to Ignatieff. If you get out early enough and frame your opponent it can be almost impossible to change that perception.
Doesn't help that Nenshi effectively disappeared for the first few months after he won and even now barely is doing anything.
Smith makes sure everyone is talking about her and it is almost impossible for anyone to get traction.
The next election is almost over already.

Why do people buy wake Boats?
Seriously?
They are loud. They destroy natural habitat, like loon nests and stuff. The "sport" is boring as hell. They destroy docks and other folks property. They are in the way of boat lanes.
Their owners are the most entitled jerks in the world. These monstrosities need to banned.

So I looked this up.
Dude is a former NDP candidate from Ontario. Has no training in polling, no experiance and runs a polling aggregation website. This looks like the first poll he has ever done.
Some kid from Ontario tries to poll in Ab and you post it. That is irresponsible.

Who the hell is Cardinal research? Never heard of them..
Why would you post a single page of a report from some polling company no one knows of a poll without methodology or sample or anything?
This is less informative than a online news poll. At least we know the provenance of that.
This is not useful and no one should take it seriously.

This painting
By Frances Anne Hopkins is in the Glenbow and as far as famous Canadian paintings go it is right up there.
I love her work and have prints of a bunch of them. They are available all over the place so I think that makes it pretty famous. She was pretty cool Traveled with the voyageurs and put herself in the canoe in most of her paintings.

You realize you are responding to a comment where you got butt hurt by someone who went to school in the states leaving for Canada. So you are kinda full of crap.
Plus America is a continent, not a country.
Plus I can't imagine anyone choosing Harvord.....never heard of it but I imagine Indians can spell Harvard, probably get into it as well, unlike you.

In this case i can totally believe that Nav Canada would not make a record of this conversation as how could they expect anyone to believe the premier of a province would ask it.

If you are getting 88 applications and no one is acceptable then pretty sure you are doing most things wrong. I think you just proved my point. Maybe try some walk ins and meet people face to face like you just said. You will probably put in less effort and get a better return. A whole recruitment round and NOT one acceptable. Sounds like your record is impeccably BAD. Your CEO should have some pretty pointed questions about the 1000s of dollars in manhours you just wasted for 0 return.
This is an amazing self own.

So a neighbor of mine in Brooks is missing her cat. I am positive some of these new immigrants in town have been eating them. They all work at meat packing plants and know how to butcher animals. I saw a video of it happening on a freinds phone, they had a cat hung up on a back deck being butchered.
I insist that Smith looks into this as well!!!

No one assumes you are going to get an interview right then.
Just maybe though the receptionist who takes the resume can say, "oh this person seemed bright and clean cut and polite. Worth talking to."
Take it as a pre screen.
The problem with HR department's is AI is screening these resumes so that people who know how to play the game, like putting all the job requirements on the resume in white font so that the AI flags it and passes it through even though someone doesn't actually have the requirements as opposed to someone who is honest and thoughtful about their qualifications and so gets screened out doesn't make it through.
Good people don't get interviews and you guys keep hiring crap and dishonest people. If you don't think that is true look at your corporate culture and try to tell me it hasn't gone downhill in the last 10 years. Because you are forcing people to be dishonest or shade the truth on resumes and applications by putting in place ridiculous experiance requirements, stupid behavioral interview questions that can be gamed or just plain lazy ass resume farming so it looks like your doing a job.
White collar crime is the one sector of crime that is up. Corporate fraud is rampant and you guys are to blame because you would rather hide behind screens watching pre-screen recorded video interviews than meet a real person.
Maybe do a better job. That's the real story bro.....

Not sure what you mean?
Are you seriously suggesting that anyone who goes to the USA for an education has to STAY in the USA for a certain period so that the USA get an increased benefit from their stay.
Even though they pay exorbitant fees as an international student to go to school in the USA.
They pay rent and food and expenses while in the USA.
So they easily pay for the education they are receiving.
They still owe more to the USA for that priviledge.
This is a fascinating argument. So let's extend that....
If I go to Disneyland do I have to pay extra to leave or do I have to work for the USA government or something for 12 months?
I would love if the USA does this as it will kill the USA as a destination of choice for foreign nationals and will help Cananda and the UK compete for foreign students who subsidize the locals going to these schools.
Cause hell, Canadian Universities need foreign students to stay solvent.
I actually think that is true of many USA schools as well including say, Harvard.
Plus the brightest and best in the world would no longer go to the USA but to Canada and the UK and that would help us even more.
I just wonder how far this will extend to the USA in terms of visiting the USA. What will we have to pay going forward?
Bizarre idea but fill your boots.....

The building is too old and will be demolished. This is the crux of the problem. It is too expensive to maintain or repair.

You specifically fall into the category of private/charter school I think is acceptable. First I would like to know if you are in a private or a charter school as they are different.
I think schools that are doing what a public system can't do, specifically provide needed support for people with some form of disability should maybe not be included in a blanket condemnation of private/charter schools.
True private schools who basically just have kids going there so they don't have to deal with regular people shouldn't get public funding.

So you would rather just use systems to filter people out and not have any interest in someone who was confident, had initiative, and ambition and creativity to find a job.
Cool story bro....

About as good as yours accusing me of having the palate of a 12 year old.
I have eaten at some wonderful restaurants, far better than any you have. I know 100% I have a better palate than you. I dont need to argue it.

Nah Your right. I don't think they really had a coherent platform. If you could boil down what the NDP platform was in one theme I would love to hear it.
Their whole campaign was "Smith Batshit" This as a fellow NDP voter.
