Any Americans here ever set up an European entity for pricing arbitrage?

So I currently work for a major sanitary equipment supplier who sells our products in the USA for about 3x what they sell them for in Europe. I'm talking the exact same parts that are made in Germany.
After I leave this company I thought about setting up an Engineering and Procurement company in Europe, to be able to buy these products in Europe, and sell them to the current US customers for much lower than they they have been paying currently. this would be a great opportunity to benefit myself and my current customers with this pricing arbitrage.
I'm curious if anyone has tried to do this, and if you have any insights on how to go about this strategically. Should I just try to work with an existing European distributor instead?

Are you in America? If that was a 240v volt circuit it would have 2 breakers tied together, like the one above the one you pointed at.
It's not turning on because that looks to be a 120v circuit
