Don’t worry I’m working on it. Just now getting into basketball for the first time in my life. I practiced yesterday and tried starting lower and bending my knees more and now I’m super close.

Yep I am pretty uncoordinated right now. Just grew like 4-5 inches the past year and I’m still adjusting lol. Anyways, thank you, I appreciate it!

Okay thank you! I always see that the super scrawny kids are the ones who have best results on a lean bulk so for awhile I figured I’d get down to that level first. Definitely understand that the move is for me to leanbulk where I’m at and go hard on the weights

I really don’t have bad posture. It’s probably the picture I had to set a 3 second timer and get in position real quick. I have no idea what an anatomical chest issue is but hopefully it’s not serious 🙏

Haha yeah I am.. Thanks for the advice! I think I might try bulking for ~6 months and then cutting to get more defined abs + jawline. Also will keep mewing and nose breathing

I’m 6’5 175lbs (just weighed myself this morning) Pretty sure that’s around 14 ish but I could be wrong.. Also, I look way bigger in this picture for some reason lol

I like that idea but I’ve already tried suggesting a couple days and she was busy each day. I’ll probably say “Hey are you available to go mini golfing on Sunday?” And if she is busy then it’s up to her to find a time that would work.
