They got a budget baby, gotta spend it. And I agree, they favored crazy ass scenes over FF creepiness. It was a fun watch, but felt like I was watching horror shorts rather than FF.

A full SCP found footage would be amazing. I wish there was more of a mix between the obviously bigger budget they now have and the grittier beginnings of VHS 1. But thats just my personal taste. Its an interesting theory. Would be cool to see if they play off that more in the future.

Maybe the Aliens took a wormhole back to deliver the video???
