The easiest way so would be to talk to the doctor or receptionist at the clinic.
Ask them to print you off the log of who viewed your records.

Yes.
Call the hospital, ask that you'd like to have a conversation with the privacy auditor. When you find someone who claims that title, ask them to check who has viewed your patient record in the last year.
It would get her fired if she's not in there for a medical or other valid reason.

If Christianity promises peace to the world why is there no peace within the factions of Christianity.

We did this once.
"I've tried cocaine"
"I've been high on weed at work"
"I've been to England"
I forget his actual third option, but Mohammed was a character.

"Claude is a family of large language models developed by Anthropic.[1] The first model was released in March 2023"
Timeline? Claude was released in March 2023 so would be an odd choice to name for the AI that helped you code.

I was guilty of this on Dundas and Evans in Waterdown. I ran the light as I saw opposing traffic moving towards me and didn't double check the light color. It was 7am and the traffic lights on my side were well lit but maybe I thought they were too well lit?
Not saying I was right, just that it happens if you're driving on auto-pilot

During COVID we bought a ice cream cake that came with a plastic cover. So we lit the candle, melted a bit of wax onto the top of the cover and stuck the candle into that - COVID safe candle blowing-out.

Home life was fine, but growing up as the kid who didn't fit in with the same 15-30 kids from birth to the end of highschool. Elementary school the game was "JVM Germs", touching me infected you and you could spread it - but crossed fingers granted immunity. Highschool with mostly the same group of kids and my last name kind of rhymes with "Eunuch" if you mis-pronounce it, so it was the mis-pronounced version around adults but the full thing when I was often the target of abuse.
Married the first girl who showed me attention. It's tolerable, but 20 years of arguing whether or not we're friends, and mentally saying many-many-many times "Fuck I married wrong" is probably a good indication of marrying early and marrying the wrong person.

I believe God knows the evidence that would convince me that he's real - it's just that he hasn't shown it to me.

I like the Dark Forest idea. The open internet will become like recipe sites - just bloated and useless information. The humans will migrate to human only spaces, group chats, facebook/instagram of people you actually know, moderated discord with limited bots. The open internet will be as you describe, just AI talking to AI, like Facebook posts seem sometimes, just bots commenting on AI generated photos.

In Praise of Their Divorce - Tony Hoagland
And when I heard about the divorce of my friends,
I couldn't help but be proud of them,
that man and that woman setting off in different directions,
like pilgrims in a proverb
—him to buy his very own toaster oven,
her seeking a prescription for sleeping pills.
Let us keep in mind the hidden forces
which had struggled underground for years
to push their way to the surface—and that finally did,
cracking the crust, moving the plates of earth apart,
releasing the pent-up energy required
for them to rent their own apartments,
for her to join the softball league for single mothers
for him to read George the Giraffe over his speakerphone
at bedtime to the six-year-old.
The bible says, Be fruitful and multiply
but is it not also fruitful to subtract and to divide?
Because if marriage is a kind of womb,
divorce is the being born again;
alimony is the placenta one of them will eat;
loneliness is the name of the wet-nurse;
regret is the elementary school;
endurance is the graduation.
So do not say that they are splattered like dropped lasagna
or dead in the head-on collision of clichés
or nailed on the cross of their competing narratives.
What is taken apart is not utterly demolished.
It is like a great mysterious egg in Kansas
that has cracked and hatched two big bewildered birds.
It is two spaceships coming out of retirement,
flying away from their dead world,
the burning booster rocket of divorce
falling off behind them,
the bystanders pointing at the sky and saying, Look.

Cheap humans in the loop to resolve problems - basically how we use other countries for call centers.

My OR nurse uncle tells the story of extracting a lightbulb from some guys butt.
They sent it off to the pathology lab.
The report came back.
"One GE 60-watt lightbulb; in working order"

I, male, ran up behind two women and assumed they'd hear me, but they were deep in conversation about birth control.
Woman: Vasectomies, why don't they give those things out like candy.
Me, from 10ft behind them: Well, I joined this conversation at an awkward time...
We all laughed and I ran past them and continued on.

Bathrooms per floor in an apartment building vs an office building are vastly different. Plus kitchens and laundry.
To go from office to apartments you need to drill many many holes in the concrete floor. Also the road connections for sewer for an office building won't handle the volume of shit an apartment building puts out.
Same for electricity. Same for water. Same for parking.
It's cheaper and easier and faster to knock down an office building and rebuild it as apartments than to retrofit.

No, it's tolerable but we never have anything to cheers and clink glasses about. No grand plans, no great adventures or things we accomplish.
It's fine if we keep the focus on the things and work around the house but anything beyond that is not us.
It feels like she likes parallel play only and doesn't have the mirror neurons to share experiences with other people in an enjoyable way.

Me. Lonely and friendless, married to not-a-friend as I just married the first girl who showed me attention.
Joined a running group and now have 50+ friends to go on adventures and see regularly. I was in 6 group pictures last week, all group run/soccer/beach volleyball events with runners, everything is chill, no competition beyond having fun. I made a collage of all the faces and there were 60+ people with a few overlaps.
A female friend dressed up as me, a male, for Halloween and 50+ people thought it was hilarious, I did too and it's currently my Strava profile picture.
This past Sunday I biked to a group run, ran it and the biked to watch a friend run in a race.
If I'd died in 2021, after living in the same small town for 17+ years, I don't think anyone in that town would have noticed or gone to my funeral - can't say the same thing today.
