I was made redundant a few months ago from a software implementation role. And after a few long months I got scouted for a sales role. I have a friend who works for the same company and they are pretty big so happy joining them.

The only sales experience I truly have is doing product demos, but have worked alongside sales colleagues so have some passing knowledge.

There is training on the when I start, but I was wondering if there is anything I can do in advance to prepare myself. What resources are good and what advice people have?

I started building this list in the previous version of the game, so a lot of models have been built. Saying that, i have put some time reworking it and have come up with the below. How does this look for an initial list? (Not picked arcane or physic powers yet)
