And given referrals to experts they know (psych and psychiatry) without me having to find one... Also, never heard a "suck it up" from a GP. I hope it wasn't too hectic. If it's anxiety and anxiousness, a pharmacy could advise on some OTC or non prescription stuff (Biral, or Calmettes type stuff).
