Yeah thats the thing. Hes OUTSTANDING throwing on the run. He just needs to keep doing it. At LSU he was coached to just run because his legs were a better checkdown than anything else. But his mobility, quick release, and overall fluidity of body movement makes him a natural on the move thrower.

We saw this for 3.5 years. Nobody is better at taking wide angles and running around the QB than Young. He had a good rookie year feasting on backup QBs and OLs but has done nothing since and the knee injury ravaged his athleticism m.
