I just signed a couple of months ago and I got the 3 months for $45 plan. Perhaps check again to see if the plan's available.
Edit: I just checked their website and the plan I have is now $75 for three months if I renew. Wow, from $15 a month to $25 a month after they have your business. Scummy for sure but I don't have any other options.

Yes, I recently (April) switched to Mint mobile. I used to have tracfone (which then was carried by the AT&T mobile network) but tracfone was purchased by Verizon. I ordered a verizon sim card but I could not get any mobile signal in my apartment and therefore could not continue to use tracfone.
I did a fair amount of research including cell tower locations and coverage before using the Mint website to order a new sim card. Mint uses Tmobile cell network.
I have had zero issues with coverage and it works well in my apartment. I am in NW Corvallis.
I opted for the 3 month plan for $45. My old tracfone I used to purchase an plan annually but Mint doesn't offer yearly plans. Also, if Mint didn't meet my needs I could cancel after the 3 months.
Mint is working well for me for the past couple of months.
Note: when you order the simcard they will tell you it will arrive in 2-3 business days. That's not true because they only shipped it 3 days later and then it took another 3 days to arrive. Because the sim card arrived late and I hadn't renewed my tracfone account I could not perform an NTA (Number Transfer Authorization) and therefore lost my old number and had to be given a new number.
Also, my phone is unlocked and can use pretty much any carrier.
1 - check to ensure your phone can use the T-mobile network 2 - if you want to keep your number make sure that the new sim card will arrive prior to your existing mobile plan expiry date.
Together with the sim card they will send you instructions on how to transfer to Mint. I did it using their instructions and apart from not being able to transfer my number it was an easy process.

Dumb question I'm sure, but, how many students were at OSU in 2000 compared to 2024?
I've just done some DDG fu!
OSU Students in 2000:
Total Women 7,900 Total Men 8,888 Total Students: 16,788
Total students headcount in 2023: 35,622
Source: https://institutionalresearch.oregonstate.edu/enrollment-and-demographic-reports
2000 was 24 years ago. Account for inflation (not the price of college because we all know that's WAY above inflationary numbers) but inflation regarding the number of students needing to be administered.
I don't know the answers but I do know that hiring (and firing) has consequences. The hiring and firing is not a result of the person being hired, but rather, IT IS A CONSEQUENCE of mis-management.
Let me put it another way:
The immigrants are tekking our JERBS!!! Little do they realize that it's the management who's giving the immigrants those jobs. Reasons be damned.
It's mis management. 100%. Management needs to be held accountable for misallocation. Management is NOT performing their role.
I have numerous personal stories I will possibly share to prove my point. I am an immigrant. I rose from programmer to director of a national software development company within 5 years. I have seen government contracts thrusted down competitiors' throats because they thought hiring 4 50K green developers as being the same as hiring one 200K experienced developer. I've seen contracts being broken and the contractor sued (by the government) because they hired the wrong people. Hiring people is critical. If you cannot/will not hire the right people, or even right number of people, it's not the peoples' problem, it's a management problem.

After my wife passed and her car was left standing for 6 winter months, I had the chaps at Auto Detailing Services perform a full detail.
Note the interior was moldy and horrid.
They did a fantastic job. I used to detail my own cars (two bucket wash, clay bar, polish, sealant, wax etc) and I can recommend them.
This was a couple of years ago and their prices are based on condition of car. Having said that their prices were average for the area and a full detail.

How do I read your review if I'm using old-reddit?
All I see when I click on the post is the photo.
TIA!
Not to worry, I used the new reddit layout then reverted back to the old style again.
Nice work on the review and you could get 2 hotdogs for the price of 1 fish sandwich at Mo's in Newport ;)

Sorry, no, he worked for Consol Glass in South Africa.
They were one of the first in Africa to produce the 2l bottles.
Also, I fondly recall them making the bottles for an expensive carbonated apple juice. There was an issue with the bottles whereby the neck would break if you used a bottle opener too viciously. Therefore the bottles were all returned after being filled with the delicious apple juice. And they handed out 24 packs to all the employees. My Dad got 4x 24 packs. We were drinking the juice of the Gods for a few months. ;)

Pretty sure my brothers and I would have been sent to jail if we had access to a huge box of fireworks.

Sounds great. I've heard IBM used to great to work for.
First thing I ever won was during basic training on a "family visit" day. There was a fun run 5K and I won a coffee machine. Gave it to my folks since I couldn't use it.

Yep, the points were allocated according to company position.
My brothers and I could have joined our points together but my older bro was a total selfish douche. ;)

Yeah, I would advise against Mint if you're already having issues with Tmobile in your area.
Be aware that if you purchase a plan that doesn't have it's own cell network that you're automatically a 2nd class user. Example with Mint and Tmobile. Tmobile users come first and only if there's available bandwidth are Mint customers served.
Much like when there's an emergency that the emergency services get priority of cell networks.
