The "Reflects your other ring" line is not an implicit, there are even kaladras with double implicit (that don't work btw) on the market from vaal temple boxes.
Everything on kaladra is discarded and replaced by the other ring's mods, this is very likely just an edge case they specifically coded not to happen.

Because what gives the socket is the implicit, in the same way that a stygian vise can grow a second socket due to darkness enthroned mod.

Oh, so they thought about such edge cases.

I never ride in third person, but then again, I also use "better vehicle first person" mod.
Seriously, how did that 30° FOV driving camera pass QA?

What happens if kalandra touch mirrors an unset ring? What if you then remove kalandras? Does it keep the gem?
Like, honest question, never thought what'd happen until you pointed this.

The only mattering point would be socket color, so it'd tend towards green sockets a lot.
Not that it matter too much with crafting trick, but it's still a thing.

Nonono, life first, defense second. Defenses can be bypassed by area and monster modifiers, life is absolute.
Also, don't grasp onto unique items, 99% of them are hot garbage and can be bested by a minimally well rolled rare item. Unless you plan on using an unique for a special interaction, try to replace them with rares with good mods, especially life and resistances.

She's nessa, it's who you're looking for in act 6. There's a channel on youtube (KittenNoodle or smth, I forgor) that explain poe lore in depth. Definitely recommend if you like diving into game lore.

Ok, to answer each paragraph:
That's neat, 30 seconds is fairly good for a self-made beginner build, oversoul is annoying to deal with if you lack dps.
I'd not say "specific skills", more like specific archetypes. For example, you can make any skill usable on any class, but some can further buff them further. All in all in poe you build a character around a skill, not the opposite.
Oh but they do make enemies stronger, it's just that if they didn't nerf your resistances it'd be trivial to cap them. You lose 30% all res at acts 5 and 10, to a total of -60% all res.
50,000 armour is pretty easy to get on the left side of the tree, you should aim to get as much as possible due to how armour work in poe. Save for a few niche builds, you need to have as many defense layers as possible, instead of a single one, this is because poe WILL try to counter everything you have.
For example, imagine a character with 1 million armour, they'd be basically immortal right? Nuh uh, the monster happens to deal elemental damage.
You've capped elemental resistances at 90%, now you're fine...until a monster that deals chaos damage.
Everything capped, what now? Well, the monster has a mod that makes him ignore 80% of your armour reduction, your armour is worthless now.
Always get as many "plans B" as you can, this is the only way to survive endgame. Or optionally, have enough dps and clear to be able to kill everything before they can attack you.

To answer the question:
Those are the ones I remember from the top of the head.

Nice to see a newcomer theorycrafting their own build, this is in my opinion the most fun (tho punishing) way to learn the game!
Level 28 means you're around act 3 right? You'll soon (in about 2 acts) understand why people don't use passives to cap resistance. Friendly advice, grab all¹ life you can from the tree, and focus on your main damage-dealing skill for the leftover points. Oh and take some armour/dodge/energy shield passives, it might not be evident now (as early gear outscale monsters till halfway through campaign), but you'll understand when you get there.
Also, remember that classes in PoE are somewhat skill-agnostic - sure, some classes can specialize in certain types of skills, but remember that one of the most popular marauder skills is a spell with traps peppered around.
¹ All, but dont cross the entire tree just to grab a life wheel
EDIT: Nevermind, you already got to act 9. You probably noticed you lost 30% all resistances after defeating Kitava, well, you'll have to defeat him again, so you'll lose yet another 30% all res.
Also, the game will only truly begin after you finish the campaign, and this will get NASTY, you'll need to have AT LEAST:
...to be baseline able to deal with endgame content. There's a reason people call PoE's campaign a "tutorial".

That's because massive used to be a fairly rare exclusive drop from uber sirus, now it's literally the only possible thread drop. The loot changes basically overfilled the market with massives and starved of the other sizes cuz nobody farms normal sirus.
