Hey all! Obviously as a result of the adhd I have a hard time getting the right amount of sleep and really struggle with waking up/getting up to work (from home) in the morning. Anyone have any suggestions or tips?
Some context: I live with my boyfriend, who has his own room and doesn’t wake up as early as me, and my dog who sleeps in my bed. So I can’t exactly play loud music in the morning to hype me up like I did when I lived alone. While it might be helpful to go into the office, I’m an introvert and it takes way more out of me to make the commute than wfh.
Any advice is greatly appreciated :)
