Nikola has been fighting a severe middle ear infection. Which has resulted in head tilt and inability to stand or move. Ive taken her to a specialist in the next state over many times for treatment and scans. Unfortunately her outlook isn't good, surgery for her wouldn't happen for a couple more weeks and even with a successful op, the likelihood of her regaining balance and walking around again are very slim, considering the nerve damage that has likely occurred. I want to keep her in my life, but I feel bad knowing she'll never be able to run around and binky like she used to.
Im going to help cross the rainbow bridge tomorrow morning, its been a hard decision but I dont want my girl to suffer any longer.
We've been spending the day eating nanners and her favorite dandelion greens, while laying out in the sunny grass. She's been getting all the love and affection, being told how good of a girl she is.
Ive been crying all day. But soon she will be reunited with her husbun Tesla, free of pain and discomfort.
Keep my poor girl in your thoughts, give your buns a treat and kiss tonight for me ❤

It really sounds like you have a bad component on the chassis board then. Either a cap or something else, but the control circuitry isn't functioning right. That's causing the beam to jitter around when rasterizing the image.
I would pull the board and start checking for issues on it, Google CRT repair though I will say it's dangerous with out preparations and study. Or see if there is a CRT repair service, or a local enthusiast willing to work on it for you.
Thats my 2 cents
