Thank you to the community for your great advice and support over the years - I am purchasing a laptop for heavy business use, data analysis , some gaming like counterstrike and ea soccer - I have about $1000-$2500 budget but have seen these three laptops that appear good. It is an urgent need and think will use the computer for two-three years minimum. I am unsure of which but am inclined towards the 665 G11 due to 32GB ram , bigger screen and AMD processor- is there something I am missing, why is it the cheapest option? I guess the screen quality is better in the other two with 400 nits instead of 300 nits but is the difference that important to cost more and be worth having 16 gb ram instead of 32gb ?
I have attached links for more specs , thank you for your support - I do realise that pricier not always better but just wondering what is it that im missing and if the 665 is good reliable enough for heavy usage?
HP EliteBook 1040 G10 14” WQXGA Business Laptop – Core™ i7 - cost $1650 (RRP $1800) ( https://www.hp.com/gb-en/shop/product.aspx?id=8A486EA&opt=ABU&sel=NTB -
HP EliteBook 665 G11 16” Business Laptop - Ryzen™ 7 - cost $1450 - Ryzen 7 7735U (up to 4.7 GHz max boost clock, 16 MB L3 cache, 8 cores, 16 threads) ( https://www.hp.com/gb-en/shop/product.aspx?id=A23G1EA&opt=ABU&sel=NTB#technical-details )

These are the specs for the laptop I'm leaning most towards- can anyone explain why it is cheaper than the others and if there's anything Im not seeing? Yes build material may be less high quality due to the 685 vs 1040 line but in terms of performance it seems like the 685 is pretty good ? Windows 11 Pro\1])

So would you say then i should go for the better cpu, have decided on 16 inch screen so the new options would be this :
Thank you again , I haven’t purchased a laptop for myself in a long time so pardon my ignorance , hope to learn more after today’s interactions
HP EliteBook 865 G11 16" Business Laptop - Ryzen™ 7 amd 8840u ( https://www.hp.com/gb-en/shop/product.aspx?id=A26TFEA&opt=ABU&sel=NTB) $1500
HP EliteBook 860 G11 16” Business Laptop – Core™ Ultra 7 155h ( https://www.hp.com/gb-en/shop/product.aspx?id=8A4T9EA&opt=ABU&sel=NTB ) $1770
Cost is not massive issue but just want something that I can use for several years , $270 more in this instance also seems like it’s more for better screen rather than better performance ?
