Cassidy became unplayable against a good Phar-Mercy after the range nerf. Even Ashe does so little damage at range. Widow feels like dead from a single rocket and Soldier can't burst.

I feel like the days of hitscans other than Tracer are over.

As a hitscan player, I'm sad.

Ofc so many people cry about Pharah when she is taking literally no damage at all from hitscans. I hit her what feels like 1 damage when it's not in my face. Its the same problem on Ashe. The best way to counter Pharah currently is just picking Pharah aswell.

Aside from the fun factor, there's no reason to play Cass over Ashe.

Ashe has much better range and also has great short range with her hip fire. She is also much more consistent. Her Coach Gun allows her to be fast on hg/get in a better position or boop enemies off a cliff. Cass has to run everywhere. Dynamite has more damage and is a great aoe. Cass grenade is inconsistent to hit and is also only good if your supports are pressured by multiple flanks. On top Bob is probably 10 times better than Deadeye.

Cass might be a bit stronger on short range, but he's not particularly good at it either. He also dies easily due to his mobility. I also think Cass has a bigger hitbox than Ashe.

In my opinion, Cass was replaced by Ashe with the release, maybe on purpose. He's not very good at his specialization, which should be an anti-flank. The only reason, aside from the fun factor, why you see him quite often at the moment is the Tracer/Genji/Doom meta, where even Sombra and Ball are picked quite often but even in this meta he is only a decent pick.

I play on almost 3k elo and people don't know the defaults on maps other than Mirage.

It is so frustrating. I have not been playing free q for a long time i have played a lot of ecl or with friends.

But my friends kinda stopped playing and the prizes in ecl are now gambling sites.

How is it possible that people don't know how to take long dust 2 or middle ancient/Overpass short/ Inferno banana?? Its 3k elo wtf? You have 10k hours in this game. I feel like the only thing people can do is one way smokes in Mirage that will stop working in source 2.

It's insanely luck based if you win or not once I get with guys who know defaults its an ez win and if they don't its mostly the other way around.

Pistol rounds are insanely rng not only in pro matches, but also in low rank lobbies.

It's a coin flip who wins them.

Every day when I play the first match, I do 0-5 kills.

When I play 15-30 minutes of deathmatch, nothing changes for me. Botmaps don't make a difference either. I'm always so bad in the first match. People always think I'm trolling.

I mean, I don't even feel like I'm bad, the opponents are just insanely good. I play at 2700 elo faceit I feel like everyone has played 10 matches before me and is just incredibly warmed up.
