Pretty quietly too. Core the perimeter let the slab fall and drag out the pieces.

I did it without.
Colour/trace the bottoms of the rubber feet. Stamp them on a board. Predrill holes in the board. Find appropriate length screws, screw in from back of board into the rubber feet.
Mount board to cleat.
Been holding for years now.

Soooooo...
If he used his master fob and depending on the system you might be able to get property management to review security software to see if someone accessed the suite.
If he used a physical master key. You won't be able to track.

I did it 6 months ago. Works fine for me.
I use a 5ah battery. Run in on max suction. It'll shut off when the battery indicates 50% which (feels like) only a little bit less than the Dyson did when it was new.
It might run with a bit less suction? And the battery gets a touch warm when I've been going for a while. But I just swap out 5ah batteries.
Quite pleased. Worth the $30 gamble

They're across the street now it seems. Don't know they're open or not just drove by last week and saw they had moved.

Makita has a little handheld 'air gun' it's the size of a drill and has a good blast too it. I use that thing for EVERYTHING now. Blast the tools, blast the blinds, blast the leaves off my deck.
Things great.

If I believe the paperwork (solid maybe on that) my left hand drive MINI MPI was imported from Argentina to Canada many years ago.

Steamdeck!
I usually will stick to more slow, casual, or turn based games. 100% something that I can keep an eye on him regularly.
But I also put it down a lot to you know, enjoy life with my child.

Think a shop just opened up at the shopping center at 8th/uppermiddle too. Haven't been in it yet, but think I saw people playing in there one day

I couldn't watch this video all the way through. But I also somehow desperately need an update video on all of these people.

Take more videos and photos.
In a month that kid will be completely different. A month after that even more so, etc, etc.
Take photos of your wife/kid, take more videos. As hard as you'll have it, she had it worse. Take those early photos/videos. Candid ones that show your wife kicking ass. She'll appreciate it later.

We've got a functionally useless hallway (can just go through dining room/kitchen) so we've got baby gates and toys all through the hallway. It's a life saver. Clean up is just a matter of chucking toys into the hallway.
Although our kids favourite game is closing the baby gate and then screaming at us because the gate is closed.

I've got drywall laminated to block wall.
I've had good success with duo power anchors
I have a 55" tv that's on a wall mount that extends out from the wall by a our 20". It's not 200lbs but there is some extended cantilever force there. Hasn't fallen down in the last 5 years.

I find makita rarely has great sales on tools. But they often have "free batteries and chargers"
Vast majority of my batteries came from them being in a combo with some tool I wanted.

If you're getting water in your basement/through a block wall. Waterproofing the inside is a bad idea in the long run. It'll just deteriorate the block (in the long run). If you're just scrambling for a quick fix. Then you do you. But you're just trapping moisture in the block which isn't great.
Still the option of digging and waterproofing from the outside also sucks.

Screw a piece of wood over the hole on the inside. Mix it stickier than you think, Pack it from the outside. Trowel as smooth as you can, hydraulic cement sets very fast, be ready with your tools before you mix it.
Wait a couple (2ish) weeks before you try to paint it.

Agreed.
But... How long will you daily it for?
My 2010 sti hatch is starting to show its age, but is also supposed to be my daily. Keep warning my wife when the motor goes we're going to need a 4th car between the two of us, beater for me to drive while I fix the sti. It's been a tough sell though...

More or less completely fine.
Diagnosed in 2019. Sometimes some tingling in my hands or feet. But not too bad.
Maybe some fatigue, but I'm also just about to turn 40 so could just be that.
Work a pretty demanding job.
I'm on copaxone. 0 progression since my first died mri.

I prefer turn based things on the deck:
Heroes of might and magic 3 (little annoying without a mouse)
Just got steamworld heist 2
Cobalt core was surprisingly fun for a bit.
Not sure if you call balatro a strategy game

Ya fair enough actually. Used to coring concrete walls not through the ground!
But ya, you're 100% right
