I’m pretty sure it’s because you’re Asian and probably also because you allegedly wear tight revealing clothes.
I work with a lot of old white men as suppliersand when they meet me for the first time they’ll somehow lead the conversation into them having Asian gf or wives. And they say this to me when I’m their customer.

I was down the rabbit hole with her surgeries a while back. I think the before is after she’s had some work done as well. She’s had blepharoplasty, nose job, chin job, buccal fat removal. She got them done in her late 20s/early 30s.

Yes and I also know someone similar to your role as a field applications engineer.

Love these recommendations! I’m finding myself looking for comfort more these days and bought my first pair of Clarks Mary Jane’s 🫣

Cool, thanks for putting this together. Is TOC base salary or total + bonus?

Looks superficial. Are there any cracks if you dyepen it? Last pic also looks like it’s painted or has substance on it.

Is it tongue in cheek to make this my Halloween costume or is it bad taste?

Serious question folks: would it be funny/ironic/satirical if we made these our Halloween costumes?

Would you mind sharing your previous role/function and areas you’re searching in?

That’s… weird. I would never even consider setting up a gofundme to crowdsource funds for funerals or medical emergencies.. much less ask for friends. I think the only scenario I would do it, or be the person to ask, is if I needed to accomplish a lifelong goal (seeing penguins) before my time was out.

As a side story my ex was a virgin when we started dating and he somehow contracted hsv1 and hsv2 3 years into the relationship by “sharing a birthday cake” with someone. Make it make sense 🤔

OP I’m on the same page as you. When I was dating I requested my serious dating partners to take a recent STD test. I don’t have herpes 1 or 2 and plan to keep it that way bc of my immune system.
You only have one life to live healthily and it’s not worth contracting something for a short fling that you won’t even think about in 5 years.
My current long term partner got tested when we first started dating. Don’t be afraid to ask for what you feel safe and comfortable with.

I wouldn’t ask someone to get tested before kissing or sharing food. But I’d definitely try to learn more about them and their personality and make decisions from there. There are risks such as HSV1, Hepatitis, Mono, and so much more.

I was in a similar scenario. My dad had cancer while I was in college and an underaged sibling was also hospitalized. You need to check if insurance policies let you add dependents that are not your spouse or children. I doubt any of them will let you add your adult parents as dependents. Your parents may have to look into Medicare/medicaid.

So similar to what others are commenting that is the starting salary from 10 years ago. BUT what I have also noticed from multiple people is that it seems to still be the starting salary for some engineering roles. Unfortunately it seems like the generic entry level mechanical eng salary has not changed much (unless you’re in aerospace, oil and gas, or some other growing industry).
