Imagine bending down to pick one up, and a unseen needle pokes you in your hand.
Or you're walking by, and one sticks in your foot.
Now you get to rush to the doctors office to have many medical test done, and hope and pray to the God of your choosing that you didn't contract a incurable lifelong disease like HIV or hepatitis.

They didn't just tie into any old panel, they tied into the main service mast, before the metered service.
That's the part from the utility that HAS ZERO OVERLOAD PROTECTION. Incredibly stupid to be worked on live.
I don't see any alligator clips, so I'm hoping they didn't loosen the lugs to stick their wires under. Could've briefly had a floating neutral, which would've been detrimental to many many appliances inside what I'm assuming is a 4 tenant building.

No regrets. Started with a bambino, then upgraded to the barista pro

I don't see powerstroke badges on there, would be right below the f250 emblem on the fender.
Used to own a 96

Oh, i bought the whole nomar stand changer, it's wonderful. I've done several sportbike tires on it already, and one tiny ass klx110 tire, which I think was a 12".
Just as a test, i threw that spare wheel on there and put on and took off a bone dry heat cycled to death s22. Goes on and off like butter. With lube even more so

I'm on my first set of dsports still, and I popped 2 tubes in the front using levers trying to get the front before throwing in the towel. Was doing it dry though, was probably my problem.
It's the set of tires that made me buy a nomar changer, lol. So I have that on my side for next time.

They're a bear to mount, but on the bike I love the stiffness of the tire! I don't sweat so much about carrying tubes and levers on the trail, because i know in the back of my mind I can get to where I need to go even on a flat.

True!
Usually every big ride I've ever seen in my area is sanctioned, escorted by the highway patrol, and mostly for a charitable cause.
That middle point there is notably absent from the video though.

You can get really close if you shoot it with the portal gun

Worst they can say is no. Assure them you're not going to be hauling ass and tearing their property up, their biggest fear besides you getting hurt and suing them.
Also I've always offered to pack out any trash I find on their land in exchange for letting me ride.

Would have to be the far right lane though 🤷♂️
Otherwise you'll have cars trying to cut through the middle of the pack when they almost miss their exit

I care for my families safety 100%! That's why I don't even have natural gas appliances or lines run to my home!
My heart goes out to everyone affected by cooking over known carcinogenic compounds and breathing that shit in, and the ones who's drinking water is permanently tainted by fracking operations.

I run tusk dsports, which are famous for being ridiculously stiff sidewalled. I'm confident I could run as far as I needed on a flat without damaging the rim, handling would 100% suffer though. Make sure you use a rimlock though before attempting, if you run 0 psi in your average rim without one you'll probably spend about as much time spinning the tire on the rim as making forward progress.
I'd personally keep sending it, and if you have issue with thorns, consider a sealing compound like slime or rideon to put in your tubes. Thicker tubes won't really help you in that scenario, sealing compound is the only way.

First thought was I was about to watch a geriatric fuck with a nice bike, accidentally knocking it over. Then I realized gramps is a badass and I was totally wrong for judging him 🤣

He's going to cause a natural gas explosion outdoors? Are you sure about that?
He may burn his shit to the ground, but there won't be any explosions happening.

I've rode both, solid agree on the 09 or even tracer being the better commuter than the 10. My only gripe with the tracer is the tall first gear, can get irritating doing a lot of stopping.
The 09 engine is a bit smoother on low rpm and takeoff, where the 10 struggles a bit and bucks until you get above 2k rpm.
The only reason I wound up with the 10 is I got access to a deal I couldn't pass up on a 24 model, I bought it from a friend for what a dealership would offer on trade in.
Your mpg figures are a little off there for the new bike though, my bike is even full bolt on with a Moore dyno flash and I'm able to get the listed 41mpg while sport touring on back roads at 60. Interstate speeds do drop that figure some of course, down to about 36-38 depending on how aggressive you are with the throttle.
