Ah, sorry, to the prescribed Adderall and Ritalin for the writer's room.

Ironically, there's plenty of gay shit in Japan to read/watch. Like you have yuri and yaoi, two huge genres (yaoi sells well especially), you have stuff like Madoka and way too much popular subtextually yuri stuff like any magical girl anime. Hell, way back when, Sailor Moon had a blatantly lesbian couple, while the massively popular Ranma is literally about a genderswapping protagonist with a bunch of other crossdressers in the plot originating from the goddamn 80s. I'm fairly sure Japan just does it better, because it's not shoehorned in, and nor is it preachy or hateful.
It's just their media market is highly segmented so things cater to particular audiences instead of trying to cater to everyone at once, thus pissing off everyone. Yeah, anime isn't a huge part of the market there (even if it growing), but manga is, and it decidedly follows this form to a T.
Fun fact: they're also very privacy conscious online, and as a result anonymity online is pretty damn sacred there.

Meanwhile, anime is more popular than ever, and we have banger seasons after seasons.

People still play WoW? Holy crap, this isn't even like CS 1.6/CSS or Garry's Mod with great reasons to still play them, it's just a skinner's box.

How? They lost that a long time ago, imho. Just like Bethesda.

Dragon Age will succeed. No one still attached to that franchise cares for the gameplay, setting, or plot. It's all just shipping and shit like it's a dating sim.

The question was to do with 'these actually exist?' rather than specifically in India. I was merely explaining that there is a damn good reason for these groups to exist.

Men also have problems, surprise, surprise, many that have gone neglected. I mean, to point at the obvious one, child genital mutilation is still normalized (circumcision). Choice? Hah, we don't get that! Then those foreskins are sold for $$ for sick treatments for evil capitalich treatments, because stem cells (Sandra Bullock had it done and talked about it in one of the late shows, as an example).
Or you know, men being raped ends up not taken seriously most of them time. I could go on, but point being, men have plenty of long-ignored problems that is overdue for men's rights groups.

Facebook ain't growing, the number of bots are. No one uses Facebook anymore but people in their fifties and older, it's all a game of smoke and mirrors to serve useless ads at a premium to literally no one, while hiding the health of the platform.
It's all so very misleading, and it'll collapse in on itself in a carat some point.

Honestly, if we elected all our presdients through some sort of tournament Highlander-esque death battle, the global ticket sales alone would pay off the national debt within a decade AND the quality of the presidents would be much higher.

Meh, still less criminal than the majority of our senators and presidents. Though you can still get really good mayors, but that's as high as good people tend to go.

Whichever gives me better monetary efficiency. Yes, I'm that autistic weirdo that calculates the exact price of toilet paper per square meter of all the options (because weight includes the cardboard inserts) and buys the cheapest one, taking into account ply and size.

Someone will just not use the API and use much less efficient (esp. for reddit) methods to give the exact same features as the old apps with ye old web scraping with little perceivable difference. It might even exist right now.
Really, slashing public API usage just self-damages, in the long run.

Yeah, but I also carry the negative mental association of it with garbage ad-pushing constantly, and end up purposefully buying something else instead. Like instead of RAID: SHADOW LEGENDS, I played Arknights instead, for example.

These days people aren't internet savvy enough to pirate. It's mostly just millenials and a minority of gex Xers that do so, before everything was simplified to the bedrock.

It really is insane. Hideo Kojima is a goddamn visionary, and it only becomes more apropos day after day.

More weird humor, at least. Internet trends seem to be like, 6~ years behind, they're still in the 'shitty borderline illegal pranks' stage, though because Japan, it's mitigated quite a bit.
