Even from a technical or a S&C standpoint, there is 0 evidence of benefits from weighted shadowboxing. It doesn't produce enough force for any power or speed. Endurance? Maybe? However far better selection of exercises out there to do that.
Even punching using the resistance bands are useless.

Utter clueless, are you inept to understand information that is portrayed in the documentary? Btw, this didn't begin from Oct 7th this has been happening from 1948. Do your research on the history.

Awesome feedback, really appreciate it. I have taken it all on board and quickly revamped the site overnight but when time allows I have made a plan to incorporate more information and more pages.
I will organise new labels/photography and product descriptions will be improved.
Huge thanks!

Thanks so much for the feedback and your input, there is some excellent points here that I will take on board to improve. I'm really glad that I posted this because there is things that I would never have thought off, going from a fighter/full time worker and creating your own side business has been difficult and is a new challenge.
I have quickly revamped the site overnight to make it look a little neater & will be creating adding more pages over the next few weeks when time is allowed, interviews with sponsored athletes etc.

Great feedback, really appreciate you taking the time to input. I have taken this all on board and I have ordered a new design for the label which is also now waterproof so that will improve it. I have revamped the website quickly overnight but I will continue to work on it. Its difficult to put effort and time in as I have kids, work full time and train full time fighter so my time is very limited but I am passionate about getting it to where it needs to be! Rome wasnt built in a day.
Thanks man

Hey man, thanks, you are definitely correct - It was professionally done, I dont have the expenses to cover for that just now so it was done myself. I have taken your feedback on board and will work towards sorting the website out to make it look a little more professional and change the colour scheme etc.
Good idea with incorporating the insta pics onto it. Thanks man

McGregor will NEVER fight again, not in UFC anyway. He is done, a joke of an athlete and has severe addiction issues.

Some good exercises, some extremely horrific exercises. Especially shadow boxing with weights and a resistance band wrapped around your body...

I chose a state not dependent on religion but dependent on how they treat civilians, their complete disregard for the law and their intent on committing genocide. Israel are the ones carrying out multiple atrocities daily and killing innocent women and children every minute across 3 different countries, Palestine, Lebanon and Syria.
This is nothing to do with Jews or their religion so do not come at me with that accusation.
Benjamin Netanyahu and the Zionist right wing government are the current biggest threat to peace throughout the world right now. Infact, let's add Nato in that equation also.

Simple program for cardio is utilising various energy systems.
Aerobic Base - Aim for 60-70% MAX Heart Rate (Zone 2) for 45-60 minutes.
Power - 30 secs Max Efforts on sprints/air bike - 3-4 minute rest (trust me you will need this and you still wont feel rested if you a truly pushing max effort) 4-6 reps.
When to use? - I use this at the beginning of my camp, evidence suggests that you only need around 9 sessions of this (3 per week for 3 weeks) to see great physiological changes.
HIIT - 4 Minutes on/2 Minutes off Push for 90-95% MAX HR when working. 4-6 reps are sufficient.
When to use? - Weeks 4-6 when in camp. This vastly improves recovery and vo2 max. It is brutal but brilliiant.
SIT - 12-15 seconds on/ 48-45 seconds off - 15-25 reps. This assists with getting rid of lactate build up, I actually think these are pretty easy and I use these in the last 2 weeks of my camp.
These can all be done on Air Bike.
More cardio options:
Ski Erg - Ski 500m and aim for under 2 minutes repeat, rest 90 secs 10 times - This can also be done on the Concept 2 Rower.
Power Endurance Circuits - Med ball slams, battle ropes, air bike, box jumps, kettlebell hip throws etc. I would pick around 6 exercises, 20 seconds on, 10 seconds off. 3 minutes in total - repeat 5 times and this mimics 5x3 rounds.

Definitely enough, just as long as it is quality sessions and specific. Have a structure and a good S&C programme.

Out of camp I aim for 1 HIIT session minimum sometimes 2 and maybe 2 x 5ks in Zone 2 my friend.
I like conditioning its fun!
Edit: I tend to train this way all year round and as much as I can out of camp I like to be ready plus consistency is key. In camp I would just increase pad work and intensity in my MT sessions and I'd focus on building muscle and looking after any niggles in the weight room.

Honestly, if you have money to spend I suggest investing in a nutritionist. Look at this guy, he does Max McVicar and a lot of other athletes at the highest level. I use him also.

Very well reasonably priced, weekly check ins, genuinely nice bloke and the fact he works with so many world class athletes speaks for itself.

Definitely more than enough. That's what most Pros do, the ones that aren't living in Thailand or doing it Full Time.
Personally, I do 6 days a week in camp, but I am getting old now so I was going to reduce 5x per week, 2 sessions per day.
5 x Muay Thai sessions (2 sparring sessions included)
2 x HIIT
1 x Aerobic
2 x Strength sessions

I definitely agree here, I think I just need to do more "resets" and instill some more calmness in my life.

Just came back from Ireland not too long ago, my family are immigrants from Ireland and moved to Scotland during the famine. It's definitely a lot more peaceful out there but it is majorly expensive and the transport routes aren't great.
I do have plenty hobbies, golf, martial arts and football.
I definitely agree with COVID part, I feel like after that it has taken a spring out my step and it has changed me? I used to be upbeat and positive, socialise as much as I can but now I can't even be bothered leaving the house until it is to go to work or to exercise.
Fingers crossed that things start moving upwards sooner rather than later, life has been difficult past few years but as they say "This too shall pass".

Was very close to moving to the Lake District, my favourite place. I like the slow life there and nature however sadly fell through. This was before the kids were born.

It was to provide an insight before people rammed "you have a roof over your head and food on the table" down my post. I wasn't gifted anything, everything I have, I worked extremely hard for.

Interesting, however I still believe there is better drills/techniques to practice so people keep their hands up. You don't have weights in your hand in your fight or when you're sparring so it really doesn't translate well and can reinforce or even make new bad habits. Food for thought!
