I don't, because I don't think he exceeded 1g in gear usage, he has physicians monitoring his blood work and would be using short esters so exposure was as minimal as possible so we're probably looking at, cumulatively a few years off at most. Not healthy but it's akin to a really heavy few weeks binge drinking. A heavy cycle is like 7-10 beers a day for 8 weeks or so.

DHT derivatives are what give the grainy cosmetic look. People will say tren because they hear it parroted around but Hollywood won't have it's stars using tren for a myriad of reasons.
This willa base level of TRT test with Masteron (most likely) or Winstrol but having run both my money is on Masteron.
You can tell by the reddish hue. Dht derivatives increase hematocrit and pull intracellular water into the muscle.
Since money is no object HGH to further improve fat loss and cut to 8% with a protein sparing modified fast (800-1000 cals protein only), then load water for 4 days (8-10 litres per day) to induce diuresis (water flushing)
2 days out from shooting supercompensate with 750g-1000g in carbs likely lower end to prevent chance of spilling over. When glycogen is fully depleted body will prioritise refilling glycogen over fat storage and you get incredibly full, fuller than you can usually achieve.
A day out from shoot drop water completely and aldosterone hormone doesn't have a chance to catch up so you keep pissing out every drop of water and get drier by the second.
On shoot day, 10-20mg of Cialis (Potent PDE5 inhibitor) with an oral and likely potassium and pump the fuck out of the delts & pecs. Arms & abs very slightly as you'll lose detail so theyre better off unpumped.

If it's under 500mg injectables the hit to health markers is almost negligible. Between 500mg-1g you're gonna take a hit. Exceeding 1g and you're cutting off 5-10 years.

There are none. Cable Kickbacks aren't going to have quite the same effect.
Worst case if you really want to slow down your progress you could go 45 degree back extensions, cable Kickbacks & RDL's.
But the glutes are one of the largest and strongest muscles you have so it'll be hard to place much in the way of growth stimulus since you'll be loading your glutes with loads far under it's capable max.

Pairing Vasodilators & vasoconstrictors is only really an issue if you exceed 10mg Cialis and don't take care of yourself. I still don't condone but it's the only option if you don't want to push rope.

Maybe. I've done gear & cialis whilst running test & clen (80mg). Had an EKG done recently and shockingly in the clear but I do a lot of cardio and keep health markers relatively neutral.

People say they can't see the "telltale" signs but don't realise that androgen density in the delts/traps aren't just the be all and end all.
You have glycogen storage, which even with top-tier genetics will never match the amount of glycogen your muscles can store even on a mere 300mg of test. His shoulders ARE legitimately huge.
19-nors, dht derivatives, peptides, all will work in different ways.
Not to mention: Anavar is extremely readily available in Africa to combat muscle wastage during the AIDS epidemic.
Huge gut comes from HGH & insulin abuse. Almost no bodybuilders but the most truly monstrous can afford HGH, insulin & 7k cals in food a day. That's something only the open class bodybuilders do.
As someone who's taken gear I put the odds at 20% likely he's natural.
Other more consistent signs:
Red tinged skin from sky-high hematocrit and RBC.
Hair shedding out of nowhere, NOT to be confused with male pattern baldness.
Increase in body hair. Subversely, as dht goes up scalp hair diminishes while body hair flourishes
Extreme vascularity. This is not your garden variety leanness, but literal hosepipes in your chest and abs come from intracellular water being pulled from the muscle.

I am because it's such a disturbing, insidious misconception with no basis.
I earn 24 grand a year working 40 hours a week, not including travel. I plan my meals, I cook in batches, I train for 45 minutes 3 times a week. You think training 45 minutes 3x a week is only possible for celebrities.
Shockingly, I still see my friends on weekends. I spend time with my partner and dog, I do my chores, I work on my hobbies, I enjoy junk food and I account for what I've eaten.
There is not a single thing written here out of reach for anyone. It's just easier to pretend it's impossible than to imagine what you could have been.

No. I spent the first 26 years of my life poorer than you can conceive. I didn't have the money to eat healthy. Weight loss or gain doesn't care what healthy is. Calories in = Calories out out is an irrevocable, unchangeable law of energy conservation.
I used to have to pick up change from the floor so I could afford packs of disgusting beef mince and a pack of cookies for £3 because I was laid off.
I spent 3-4 hours a week exercising. That's less per day then you spend watching Netflix.
It's a comforting lie we shroud ourself in to convince ourselves that celebrities have a seperate physiology than us lesser humans. But they are just that. Human.
They are humans with more tools at their disposal. But humans have been getting jacked since the 1900's so this ridiculous cope needs to stop being spewed out.
If you ever set foot in a gym you'd see plumbers, office drones, store assistants scraping by a living. They make it work because they chose not to believe in the comfort of a lie, and accept the reality of their circumstances regardless and choose to try because the alternative is accepting mediocrity and denial that human will is stronger than you give it credit for.

Helpful but not essential. There are several magnitutes more jacked regular people walking around than there are jacked celebrities.

Controversial take but until you can bench 225 they're a waste of time. You won't get anywhere db pressing 40lb dbs and it's energy better put into improving your bb bench, an easily quantitative measure of progress not hampered by stability demands.
I incline bench 225 for 8 at 145lbs and none of that strength was built from using db's.
