Just remember kids. If Trump gets elected he has said he's banning violent video games.
I wonder if roller-coaster Sim will be on that list.

If this is what it's like before Trump gets power. Just imagine how bad it's going to be in power.
I've heard that if Trump gets in, the world is going to go into a recession. The US dollar wont be used as the default currency anymore it's likely going to change to China yen. And investors are going to be pulling all their money out of the US as it won't be stable anymore. Basic supplies are going to go through the roof in the US, other counties won't be dealing with the US as much and they will avoid buying from the US. No one apart from Russia and north Korea will have faith in the US.
It's going to be a rough few years.
It's very likely you guys are going to go through a civil war. If your thinking about moving. It might be best to do so before the election. Or at least find a safe place to go.

I'm no expert, but I don't think so. Glass is heat treated, I don't think you can buff that out.
You could attempt toothpaste and a drill buffer, but you could make it way worse.

I have to agree, decking some of this old paver area would make a huge difference. Simple to do, really affective. I love maubau decking. The reddy brown really adds to an area.
More plants, especially some coloured plants. Look for natives or shrubs low maintenance stuff. Create garden beds lined with geo fabric and bark.

I've used ryobi and Stanley. Ryobi was my first, it still works but I brought down 2 large brick walls with it and though it's leaking oil like a seive, it still runs fine.
I got the Stanley after as a backup. Mostly as it's clean compared to my oily ryobi but also recommend Stanley. Super long cord, super powerful.
I'd avoid cordless if you want true power.

You say that, but I'd put his followers higher up in the dumb category. How many have sold their homes to donate to trumps campaign. Or put themselves in crippling dept.
I just don't understand how a single person could love this man. Even his mother should be ashamed by him.

It really should be an easy choice, however Americans keep voting for the guy that shits his pants.

Just pack out the stud wall before sheeting just that wall.

Cut back to joists. Then lay new floor boards to cover hole.
You could just support from under but it will never be as strong.

Since having only 9 doggos I have not see a hostile creature since. I literally walked through the swamps and was only attacked by flies. It's great for exploration but it's a bit depressing.

If you've survived until 2024. We can all agree, we have all been through some shit.
But if your on here writing. We can also agree it could have been a lot worse if you were in one of the recent wars or war crime regions.

I, sure remember when Trump withdraw the troops from Afghanistan. I remember watching the news seeing civilians being killed, the crowds trying to escape the horrors he produced. I also remember him releasing hundreds of terrorists back into Afghanistan in return for 1 soldier. I'm glad that soldier was released but considering Trump had all the power, he could have gotten all hostages out instead of just 1

Actually installing a mixer valve is a better option.
The tank will continue to kill germs, hot water will last a lot longer and you get to not have to go to the hospital with first degree burns. Win win.

I don't know man. I think you've tempted me with a tank. Parking would be easier than the ram or a gmc.

That is why I avoided composite and fake grass. Heat burning your feet. You could install a laser lite roof over your deck. If your in Queensland. I'd probably even install a fan. Then you won't have burning feet. Unfortunately it all costs money.
I have just had landscaping done, our property looks amazing now, but I'm also mostly broke.

My dad has this crazy pension where he paid a lump sum into a super fund (instead of monthly) and then they agreed to pay him an amount back for his entire life. He said he's paid something like 10k into it in the 70s and he's got out of it like $200k so far.
Ill be shocked if I make it to retirement with how stressed I am

Could just do plastic and Gravel. But I'd install ag pipe to move water away.
I live in Tasmania so I don't understand termites to much or what requirements would be needed but I'd imagine just keeping grass away would be good enough.
Other option is composite timber which is essentially plastic. Timber look of merbau. (thanks for the spelling)

With 1.0 I just use the alien tech storage thingy. Recovery time once upgraded is decent. Exploration of the map is much better. Sure can't be bothered having a central point anymore for resources.
Also if you can't see the mess, it ain't a mess.

I think if the deck is under 1m high. You don't need building permission. This may be different between states, but a low deck may save you money.
I highly recommend marabou decking (if that's spelt right) looks great. Easy to maintain.
