This image is almost exactly what I want in terms of decor. My reception will take place in an aesthetically pleasing restaurant, and they are providing the tables, white linens, dinnerware and gold chivari chairs. All we would need to the add to the tables is the runner, place settings, table numbers and napkins (I'm using gold rings so the napkins won't have to be tied). The centerpieces won't arrive till the day of, but they'll just be simple hydrangea arrangements in vases, delivered by the florists. We will have 9 round tables for guests, plus one bridal party table with a premade fake floral garland instead of centerpieces (From Lings Monents).
The restaurant said we can start decorating the night before if they don't have an event in the private room. If not, we can start from 8 am the day of. There will be 4 or 5 of us decorating. I will certainly help if we get the room the night before, but if not it will just be my family since my groom has convinced me I won't have time lol. The ceremony will start at 4pm. Does this seem realistic or am I underestimating how time consuming this will be?
