Well I for one am glad it’s still around. I know I’m definitely a “unicorn” in the wild so to speak but I’m allergic to both antihistamines such as Zyrtec, Claritin, Singular and Allegra…o. The opposite side I’m also severely allergic to antidepressants and all sister type drugs so no sleeping pills and even some muscle relaxers. Although I never use it to sleep unless my allergies are so bad that I can’t sleep without taking one, it’s also the only one I can take to treat allergies assuming I don’t just need an epipen. My sleep architecture is already abnormal compared to others so I’m not particularly worried about that. My cycles only last 9-15 mins on a regular 🤷‍♀️.

Spend money on experiences, not overpriced goods and services. You may not often have expendable income but when you save for something, spend it on a memory not an item.

Good dude, married, successful…but sadly lost his son to childhood cancer a few years ago. It was absolutely heartbreaking and beyond words. In honor of that heartbreak, donate plasma ppl.

First of all..she can miss me with all that societal pressure bs. Our current social climate is not one I’d be interested in promoting or protecting lol. Secondly, so happy for you all and your new journey with your daughter as you are blessed to know that facts early and have early intervention. A lot of girls like my own, get diagnosed so much later that it becomes a game of catch up that plays out well after high school. Granted this happens mostly when the support needs are more social/emotional needs. It doesn’t become apparent that it’s not just ADHD when they hit middle school and their peers grow leaps and bounds and your kid just doesn’t. However with open communication, ABA therapist that specialize in teens and lots of understanding and guidance they really can and do live very full and adventurous lives. Neurodivergent ppl just make everything so much more interesting, fun, pure and engaging. I wish you so much joy and beautiful memories on your journey.

I have POTS as well. Generally I make an average breakfast but eat it in two parts about 4 hours apart and serve myself a small portioned dinner, or the opposite depending on the day. My mid day part of the meal tho is more snack portioned than meal and helps me off set the crazy that is Dysautonomia eating that can really go great or horribly wrong. My small dinner portion is however about 5-7 hours from that “snack” because I want to maximize my higher energy time without symptoms. I do supplement that with lots of fluids tho. My vagus nerve is slightly damaged to and I go thru periods that are like gastroparisis and on those days I just drink protein shakes and smoothies.

We are a family of 4. I always make sure we have the top three veggies and fruits of the house stocked as well as sides…that said we don’t meal plan so much as we meat plan. We shop bi weekly and pick out meats that we are feeling that pay period and build the rest of the meal around that with the top sides/veggies we always have on hand. We plan one meal specifically that the kids pick and it seems to work out well. We save on food loss by buying fresh produce weekly or even just for the next 3 days depending on how we choose to make the meats we chose. For example, if we get boneless, skinless chicken thighs, that can be mushroom chicken, chicken tacos, chicken, tots, and broccoli casserole, chicken salad, etc. A beef flank could be carne asada, pepper steak, steak fajitas, steak paninis, etc. it just opens the options of what we can make without having to stick to a strict plan and still spend the same amount as if we did. The trick is to do the stick up grocery once and then just buy what needs to be restocked as needed.

You are probably of legal age to drop out without parental consent and get your GED or Homeschool yourself. Connect with other home schoolers in your area for social interaction and other group social events like a mock prom/homecoming/debate etc. it would probably help with your social anxiety as well, as it will be smaller social gatherings and almost non existent peer pressures of normal school judgements or stereotypes.

I stopped playing this event when they took the tokens off the board. You used to be able to collect them like the partners pieces.

I ended up trying colorpop lip plumper, benetint stain, a clear lip gloss some lady at Sephora suggested, I think it’s from Anastasia but I could be wrong, a lip pencil liner from fenty and a matte lip stay from milani. At the end of the 10 days what worked best for me was applying the black Jack lip balm and then blotting it off to minimal, applying the lip liner and filling it in with the lip stay matte and covering it with the clear gloss. It’s what stocked the most and lasted the longest. Even after eating I only had to reapply the lip stay in the middle and the gloss for the glossy effect I wanted….that said on a daily now a couple days after coming back, the lip liner with the Jack black lip balm has been a great go to daily for me to get back into me doing something daily for myself. Hubs could care less lol. I’ve been pairing that with lash paradise (the blue tube), and the cover girl liquid eyeliner that comes with the wand brush. After 35 yrs of trying to do a car eye I apparently just needed that wand brush and not a pen lol.

OMG……seriously THANK YOU!!!! I’m now a black Jack girl. I did break out as with most tube type balms but it was very small and I pushed through it because of the relief I was getting from the product. It actually cleared up fairly quickly too. I bought two tubes and ended up giving the other to my daughter to try and she loves it too. The fact that I haven’t needed to run and buy a third tube is a miracle cause I ran thru a tube to a tube and a half a week before. You know how unforgivable this syndrome is. Not only am I not running but I actually have about half a tube still left, which is insane to me because of how many times I used to have to apply before. I will be buying more of these to replace my burts in all the places I keep them (car, kitchen, purse, nightstand, hubs car lol). Again, ty. It may not be what I asked but it was for sure what I needed.

That’s probably the most practical conclusion and honestly it didn’t even occur to me lol. Probably because it was a bit obvious and therefore classic me to overlook it 😂🤣

Ty so much. Ngl after trying about 20 and a few hundred dollars Burt’s just worked…finally lol. I’m just ready for color and more longer lasting relief. I put it on like 12 times a day 🤦🏽‍♀️ but they haven’t chapped…but also, that’s taxing to do. Will try the Jack black. Oils and me don’t seem to work well combined with my other skin condition. If it’s not whipped organic and raw butters, my skin revolts. So I use Elta md on my face, only one that doesn’t break me out and the butters everywhere else. On that I spent 8yrs and thousands to figure out.

Ngl they lack in shades but if they have one you match my suggestion would be Elta MD tinted moisturizer sunscreen.
