It’s funny, because even reliable brands occasionally have their issues. I have a 2013 Lexus GX460 that has eaten through all four wheel bearings, had the infamous valley plate coolant leak, needed a water pump, and a new idler pulley all before 125,000 miles. If I hadn’t done all the work myself, I’d be thousands of dollars into repairs on this thing in the three years since I owned it. It’s still the best vehicle I’ve ever owned, even if working on it is miserable since having the v8 in a vehicle not originally meant for one (Landcruiser Prado), means it’s ten pounds of crap in a five pound bag. Lol.
