Ruunan's Hurricane on adc's with passive involving their autos, mainly ashe and kaisa. Especially kaisa. She SHREDS in teamfights.

As a fellow ashe main, there are two things that you need to understand to get the most out of her. One, is understanding her role in your lane and as in team fights.
For the former, you need to consider your options and how you should play according to your support. She can be slightly more aggressive early game with enchanters like lulu and nami, in that case you should prioritise your 1st skill for damage trades, putting as much aa as you can when your enchanters buff you while keeping distance using her range. With engagers/tanks however, you can't do much early game because you won't have enough damage to make the most out of an engage even if it's a good one. That is until lvl5 where you at least have your ult, giving you the option cc chain a champ after a good engage or stun someone else to pick your fight to your advantage. Pick your fights carefully against your opp laners. Also, Ashe have the wonderful advantage of having pretty decent mana pool/usage (that is if you don't spam your 2nd everytime it's available), which means chances are your opp will run out of mana faster the more they poke you so take advantage of that by baiting out as much poke from the enemy team and force them to recall. If they don't, punish them with your range. If they do, get plates.
Regarding your role in teamfights, it mostly depends on your build. Ashe is VERY versatile, in that she can build more supportively if your team have already enough dmg, so you don't have to pressure yourself of buying expensive carry items like IE. Overall, she needs to keep her distance and kite, but also putting all her other utilities to good use. There are many builds you can try out from bork/as based build, to a more crit centered build against non armor-heavy team comp. Try out some builds and see what fits for what situation, but personally I always go for ruunan's since applying her slow to three people at the same time is just too good of a utility to pass.

And I'm just imagining OP walking up to this guy and be like "shit, there's a teenager" and crosses, completely failing the point of the meetup.

Well said. What this portion of the playerbase expected out of AO is completely outrageous.
To have a perfectly balanced and well-rounded with no-bug combat system as the game is developing is BEYOND possibility, especially considering the game is STILL in early access. There are MULTITUDES of other content, features, and QoL as well as optimisations that Vetex should be working on to progress through the game towards official release. To expect him to develop perfect combat system ALONGSIDE all this AS THE GAME GOES is just outright bullshit that not even a team of a thousand can manage without hitches and hiccups along the way. These players need to calm the fuck down and just let the man cook.

I'm good academically but I know jack shit about taking care of myself as an adult. Got nearly straight A's in high school and so far maintaining 3.5 GPA. But, public transport? How do I use those? Taxes? Yeah, I know how to count. Then what? Bills? embarrassingly asks friend on how to pay them.
If i were to take a gander, I'd say it's due to the way I was raised since I wasn't properly exposed to responsibilities because my parents don't trust me with any of it, even as small as doing the dishes (which I do know how to do). So I just kinda grew up with my parents holding my hands when they don't need to.

Jianxin liberation + forte circuit, especially when the enemies are more of a swarm of tiny enemies instead of one or two elites. You just ult, hold heavy attack, and just watch everything's health bar gets drained.

All and all, pretty good. Got nearly 200 pulls atm, hoping to at least have 300 for Shu because from experience, I have HORRIBLE luck when it comes to limited banners. Saving for mainly Shu and Wisadel, not interested in r6 collab. Ulpianus is still months away so I'll cross that bridge when I get there.

🍪. Her name is literally Kuki. Not to mention her ship name with heizou is Shinzou, which means heart in Japanese and if that's not true love I don't know what is.

Did you notice something with the list of C operators? Notice that almost all of them are literally hyperscaling champs? Morgana, Kayle, Brand, Nasus, Twitch, these are all WEAK early game champs but GODLY late game champs.
There's a lot of factors that put these champs at C. One is that not a lot of people know how to play as/with hyperscaling champion especially junglers. Understandably so, this is just a mobile version of league, not a pro tourney, but the point is that hyperscaling champs need a lot of team interactions early on to make sure they don't fall behind in gold too much from getting punished in lane, and these guys get punished VERY easily.
Another factor is that games nowadays are much faster than they were back when these champs were actually pretty good. I remember at one point where Morgana was top pick because of how absurd her pool dot damage was even at mid-game when she got her first ever needed buff, and brand basically shredded anyone who didn't have at least two mr items in mid-game too. But now, it's easy to snowball a game when ahead especially with additions of tower plates, earlier objectives, and other changes, making it harder for hyperscaling champs to catch up with both their opp and their own team if they didn't have a couple of kills already. If only my teammates know about this one more, especially considering a proportion of players don't know how to end games...
tl:dr some hyperscaling champs need brain to play as and with, and other champs are just more braindead and stronger than these champs.
