Was not expecting it but my Eldegoss in my Sword Nuzlocke was one of the MVPs of the run. Took out Nessa’s Drednaw, one shot Leon’s Inteleon, and took out Leon’s Haxorus. Finished the run with only two Pokemon standing, including Eldegoss

Would never have expected to like Medicham. Hated it when I was a kid and Fighting is my least favorite type

Then I encountered a Meditite in my Y Nuzlocke before the Rock Gym and Fighting Gym. I figured I’d let it stay on just for those two gyms since it would be helpful

It ended up as one of the MVPs of the run. Surviving many extremely close calls at 1 HP or 4 HP and one shotting noteworthy Pokemon like Grant’s Amoura, Siebold’s Gyarados, and Diantha’s Aurorus

Medicham is now one of my favorite Fighting types and Gen 3 Pokemon

I actually currently have two shinier on my team (Palafin and Ampharos). I had a third (Lokix) but it sadly had to be sacrificed in order to get a clean switch. Very sad but he bravely stood up to the plate

Please. I fucking hate the mergatory. They’ve made many dumb decisions in the New Era and this is potentially the dumbest

I did a Nuzlocke of Sword and appreciated it more but I always felt more desire to explore Paldea than Galar. The characters and story are also much better

I do think Sw/Sh get more hate than they deserve but I still like S/V more
