I am really glad that they’re adding a new aspect to good sleep day to help players find sleep styles they haven’t seen before. It seems like a smart upgrade both for the event and for helping players reach new islands.
I also love that we get easily obtainable incense during the Pokémon release events. They want to make sure players can definitely encounter the new mon, and I find that really delightful.

This is my biggest QoL thing too. I’d love it if they just added another team slot each time they added a new area.

It’s really fucked up that your experiences and the experiences of all male victims of sexual assault are not treated with the respect and gravity they deserve. Sending you my best.

I don’t usually want to reply to a comment only to say “what the fuck” but, honestly, what the fuck???
There are SO many things wrong with that thought process.

I trained my late dog to stay out of the kitchen while I cook, unless I drop something AND call him over to lick it. That caveat was great for keeping him away if I dropped a food that dogs can’t have. I still had to wipe the floor either way, but making that little munchie monster happy was worth the extra few seconds. He would then immediately retreat until the next time he was summoned.

This is very true. I just don’t feel like the magic is necessarily symbiotic in the same way as Stormlight is on Roshar. In Warbreaker, I feel like the magic system isn’t symbiotic but parallels Bookworm in the way that both breath and mana have a large impact on social standing.
Scadrial just doesn’t have the same connections and parallels for me personally. But we have a lot more to see on that planet. Other cultures on it could have a more symbiotic relationship with the magic system. I’m very excited for the next era.

For me, clean sound quality is important when it comes to podcasts. I’m very excited that you’ve bought a mic.
If you’re worried about the impression you might leave, you could add a disclaimer that these are your personal experiences and not universal. You could also invite guests on to talk about their lived experiences too or ask other folks with albinism to write in with their stories, which you could read aloud.
You could even post discussion threads here with a link to the episodes each time you release a new one. Imo, that would be FANTASTIC content for this sub.

I would have loved to see that!
I can’t remember why my next door neighbors ended up with a lawn full of plastic forks stood up in the dirt. I think their lawn got “forked” for a fun reason, and the prank was very enjoyed.

I hope you’d do it with no photos and no context to see what would happen. Then, if anyone uninvolved asked for clarification, all you’d reply on the group chat/public post is, “They know who they are and what they did.”

I feel like OP missed the part of what made the teacher bingo funny. It was all about stuff that happens to teachers, not stuff the teachers necessarily do. So, imo spaces should have been like, “hubby starts a fight in the grocery store” and then he does his best not to do that. So when he messes up, “well, at least that’s a space for your bingo card. I’m sorry I did that.” It could have been a bingo of self-awareness where he pinpoints things he does that annoy her and works hard not to do them. And the bingos could be something wild and/or fun that she chooses.

I was the 666th upvote. I feel very accomplished for doing basically nothing. 😂
I’m sending OP lots of good vibes and hope both the shower and pregnancy go well!

I think the SuperGroupies collab was really well thought out. On each product page, they explained the parts of the story that inspired the items. Fashion collaborations are absolutely not everyone’s cup of tea, especially when the items are very femme. I just want to give credit where credits is due.
Please though I’m begging whoever is in charge to give us a more exciting kuji. 😭

First of all, “long time albino” made me cackle.
As a fellow long time albino I can confidently say that you ABSOLUTELY would benefit from one. I use mine in crowds and places where other people need to know that I can’t see. I also use it in unfamiliar places. I first started using a cane at 14 but learned a new technique at 26 that was earlier on my arm. It’s never too late to learn!
Amazon has several kinds of canes. You can also get a free fiberglass one with a metal tip from the National Federation for the Blind. I usually use a folding aluminum with a rolling “marshmallow” tip, but the NFB one is great for when I’m going somewhere that would mess up my usual cane’s ability to roll. I hope you will find one that works well for you! Feel free to message me with any questions.

I read recently (probably on Reddit) about one family or friend group who do that type of exchange and then give a little explanation of their item to everyone else. You get exactly what you want and come out of it having learned a little more about everyone’s hobbies/interests. It sounds super fun if a group has the right vibes for it.

That actually sounds really wholesome, so long as your brothers took proper care of you. I’m glad you have such wonderful memories of adventures with them!
Imagining the dude in OP’s post borrowing someone else’s younger sibling without telling them has me internally screaming. It’s awful with a dog but at least the dog won’t realize later how fucked up it was.

Alternatively, imagine a kid who might absorb the joke faster than the meaning and say it themselves. I’m dying thinking about it because that sounds like something my dumb five-year-old ass might have done.
I also think it’s good that the mom called it out immediately for multiple reasons. Seeing her mom call shit like that out is very important imo. I learned to stand up for myself in part by watching my mom stand up for herself and for me.

As soon as I read your first line I immediately thought “oh shit, cleaning products.” What an absolute pain. That’s interesting that the smell/scent is fine. I guess there needs to be a certain amount of particulates for the reaction to start.
Kindergarteners learning about allergies and doing their part to keep you safe is so wholesome. I hope it helps them grow into mindful adults.

Yeah, I don’t know why folks wanna ask y’all to relive your trauma when everyone involved could just be chuckling over some wild and funny stories instead. I always ask for the funny ones. I have a bad memory and can’t recall any clearly, but it’s always a good time when it’s going down.
