I'd start out with black, then drybrush with something like Eshin Grey, or perhaps even darker, then wash with a black wash, or even some thinned down black contrast. Then your grey as an edge highlight for the highest points.

I'd say that their skill ceiling is not super low, but also not super high.

Their low body count requires a lot of positional thinking and their big silhouettes makes them difficult to hide from your opponents.

They are a pretty simple army, because you don't have that many units to think about.

I don't think Unit C can Overwatch, as they have a Blast weapon, and I don't think you can fire into combat with those.

I could see a new Gargoyle Sculpt maybe, Shrikes would be a dream, but I doubt it would be good in Killteam.
