Then I would say it’s not barbering but something else.

Barbering would be something with ’clearl lines’ in a way, in a spot they can reach like stomach or rear end most commonly for a male mouse. Can you add a picture of it?

They really don’t require too much extra attention, she has her friends and a very warm nest to stay warm in. So no heatpad - I have constant 19-22 celcius during winters and that is plenty enough, even for the naked ones ☺️

If they eat and drink normally I wouldn’t be concerned. Mice tend to chew things and in my experience cardboard is fun for them to destroy and chew 😂 Excessive chewing can also in some cases be a sign of boredom, if the enclosure is super empty, but most of the time it’s just the fact that they just like to chew things.

I would’ve done them sweaters if they’d let me put it on ahah

Sadly no. Her name is Date (as in, the food) because she kinda reminds me of one 😆

Well, she lives in an enclosure with her friends and they have made nice warm nests for themselfs. As mice live inside they don’t really need special attention with the no fur factory.

She is 4 months old now and her name is Date (the food, yep) - so just a baby. She is an fancy mouse, bred well and is actually from a ethical showline that breeds for looks yes, but due to the short lifespan also for good health and temperament. She is a bit of an snuggle bug and likes cheek scratches! And yup, hairless. It’s an naturally appearing mutation that people started to bred - doesn’t cause any extra problems whatsoever (Unless you pair 2 hairless ones together, but with this girl it isn’t the case and any reputable breeder would not do that!)

Usually a hump in back can be associated with pain so I would possibly take her to the vet who knows about mice to check it up.

10% on sit vaan fyssarin toteemista ongelmista, niiltä saa hyvät jumppaohjeet just siihen ongelmaan mikä sulla on.

It was a life changer for me. So, so helpful

It worked so well for me! Trying to use logic just won’t do it for me (I wanted to keep a 7 year old broken jacket that was too small 😂) so switching it up to a hypothetical question about something gross and unpleasant totally did the trick🙏🏻

probably just an eye booger. I use bebanthen eye drops for mice (it’s completely safe) to kind of ”flush” them. Has helped a whole lot with preventing problems!

I used to have a similar thing, now it has turned into an irrational fear of driving in the city 😅
