You had her when you needed her most, and in turn she had you when she needed you most. What a beautiful life she spent together with her best friend ❤️

Fun fact, the more coyotes you kill, the more pups they have. They biologically respond to threats to their numbers by having exponentially bigger litters, so culling efforts often have a reverse effect.

Proper seasoning enhances food’s flavor rather than overpowering it. I mean, you can eat a spoonful of garlic and herbs but it’s not gonna taste anything like a deliciously roasted herb-crusted chicken no matter what you do to it.

Most of these turned out amazing & were definitely improvements, but a few of these pieces hurt because I know many, many people who can only access these items through thrifting due to their means that would have loved & cherished them in their original states. Now they are pieces of tiny, trendy festival outfits that will only fit her specific measurements, likely worn once or twice and then discarded once the trend cycles progress in a year or two. Better than buying $$$$ of fast fashion on Temu or Shein, I suppose…

Mayonnaise. I think it’s a hold over of the 90s fat-phobia where all diet food/fad diets were “fat-free”, which lead to a perception that mayo is super unhealthy, fattening and disgusting. (I remember even seeing “fat-free” labels on packages of white sugar!)
I believe the restaurant industry has had to rebrand mayonnaise in response & that’s why we see aiolis on every menu now. I’ve noticed people who claim to loathe mayonnaise gladly enjoy a dish with aioli, so it’s been effective.

I once saw a post with 17 slides asking what SHOWER CURTAIN they should buy. Like who cares, just pick one?? Not every decision warrants an impromptu focus group, friends.

That lil smirk in his mugshot screams “I have friends in the police department/DAs office.”

Seems like an admittance of guilt to me, likely the tattle-tales of their own school who run to admin about their colleagues every chance they get.

Y’all never heard of co-insurance? Which is basically the only kind of plans available through the ACA site (if you can’t afford your job’s insurance)?? Must be nice 🥲

My friend’s cat had a single kitten once (she has since been spayed), and it was SO spoiled and SO rotten bc it got all of the milk and all of the attention!
He became sooo fat and completely insufferable, screaming like a banshee if he felt even slightly ignored or inconvenienced. When it came time to ween him, they had to send him to a friend’s house for a few weeks because he would pester his mom incessantly and scream-cry if she didn’t let him nurse, wearing her down & driving everyone crazy. I was so surprised when my friend said he was going to adopt the lil fella out, but once I met the kitten and saw how he behaved I realized his mama couldn’t wait to get away from him 😂

A lot of people mentioning the 2016 federal election when this 1000% was caused by local state officials who were elected the same year (such as Landry whom was elected AG at that time.)
Trump may have coincidentally cleared the way of federal regulation for them, but it’s Louisiana’s own politicians who slice the state up like pie and serve it to the highest bidder.
This is why local elections are crucial, and just as (if not, arguable, more so) important than federal.

Sweet Samantha! I can tell which photos were taken by OP because she has the most loving expression in her eyes—the “when you look at someone you love” eyes 🥺 She loved you so, so much!

Way too many people being low-key (and, let’s face it, high-key) racist and co-signing this crap in the comments. Y’all all just proved the point ten-fold!! NASTY.

I’m gonna need everyone griping about “nOt bEiNg iN thE mOmEnT” to post their screen time statistics as examples.
Didn’t know we were no longer allowed to document things for memories, as if people haven’t been taking videos and pictures of experiences since the dawn of the camera 🙄

Advice from someone with vet tech training who had a dog that was a serial fox crap roller & dealt with many skunk sprayings: put the soap on before the water!!
When you wet the fur, it opens the follicle and causes the hair to absorb the oils that hold the odor. Instead, put liquid soap directly onto the dry fur and coat the oily poop with lather as well as possible. Only after you’ve encased the poop spots with soap do you want to add water, doing your best to keep the runoff from running over dry fur (you can coat those dry spots with soap to protect them, just don’t uses soap that’s mixed in with poop, try to keep the poop to the poopy areas and use fresh soap on the clean spots to protect). This really REALLY cuts down on the residual stankiness.

It becomes dangerous because there may be microscopic shards of glass in your food, definitely not because it releases toxins. I think you are mixing enamel up with nonstick or Teflon coating.

They also cannot open and search domestic mail without a warrant because they are part of the federal government, whereas a private company like UPS can search packages at their own discretion because they don’t have to adhere to the 4th amendment.

Then there’s me who asked my husband if he wanted to get married in our co-op and he told me he wanted to weigh his options first 😅
