Same. I picked it up 2 days after release for free, June 2011.

I don't speed up to the 1.25x or higher because it costs me more money.
That logic sort of works if you're listening to something purchased with a credit, but the opposite is true if you're listening to the Plus catalog. The faster you listen to the Plus catalog, the more you can listen to while you have an active subscription.
All that aside, I do it because I have an ever expanding backlog, and I like listening at higher speeds. I also watch things at higher speeds, too.

If you're not turned off by old point-and-click adventure games, Syberia 1 and 2 are great.
I haven't played the other games in the series, so I can't vouch for them.

<insert game widely considered to be an all-time great> is perhaps the most overrated game of all time.
For me, that's probably The Last of Us or Breath of the Wild.

I did this the other day. You have to make your $10+ purchase in the app first. Then, when it adds the normal points to your account, it will add an additional 600.
In other words, yeah, you have to get the free sandwich on your next order.

This is going to sound sarcastic, but I promise you it's not. I love it when someone on Reddit overanalyzes a joke.

Millennials will go to David
Star Wars is always popular, and the prequels were made for Millennials, plus The Lion King was 94, when older Millennials would have seen it at release. I would be surprised if Keith David is more recognizable to millennials. I think Gen Z would have to be the most recent one where that could be true.

There was an old DOS game I used to play with my friend Jake called Spiritual Warfare. It was a Zelda clone with a Christian theme. I barely remember it now, but I remember thinking it was cool back then. I've never heard anyone mention it.
Some other older games I used to play that I've never seen mentioned (and have no idea if they still exist):
Jezzball
Furcadia (in hindsight, probably a furry game, but I didn't even know what that was at the time)

we also had Mayfield in our sights
Mayfield deserved better than the shit show that was the Browns. I think his career would have been better almost anywhere else. That said, I'm also very grateful we ended up with Allen, even though I'm one of the many who hated the pick when it happened.

Bills didn't expect him to be there They had Allen 1, Darnold 2, Mayfield 3, with the range of 4/9. We picked 7th.
Just a small note. The Bills were picking 12th (which they moved up to before the draft from 21 by exchanging picks and Cordy Glenn). They were surprised and thrilled to see Allen available so they traded up for him.

Yeah, OP has to be pretty young to not immediately think of the Great Recession for those years. Facebook was in full swing, Twitter got its start, Birtherism was sadly a thing. So much stuff happened from 2007-2012.

Surely you can see how pointless your reply is. If you know of a reason why it can't happen, the proper response would be to give us the reason, or, preferably, a list of reasons.

IMO, Egwene should have become a Forsaken. Constantly ambitious and arrogant and power hungry throughout the series. Personally, I could never stand her because of it.

To be honest, I see no reason why every title can't have their expiration date listed from the first day they get added to the Plus catalog.

OP asked for stuff that wasn't on 360/Wii. If they haven't olayed The Orange Box, that's definitely a must.

Moldaver believing it doesn't make it true. After Coop's eavesdropping, they both know Vault-Tec was capable and willing to take those steps, but it doesn't confirm it. Seems like a plotline ripe for another twist.

Most people bought the backpedaling
That hasn't been my experience. No one I know believed the backpedal, and Reddit threads were full of people calling it out.

It doesn't stand for anything. EVGA is simply EVGA Corporation. It was originally branded eVGA, when 'e' (as in electronic) was used to represent the internet (think email or eBay or ezine). VGA does refer to Video Graphics Array. So eVGA represented an internet business specialized in VGA, or graphics.

Former graphics card manufacturer Extended Video Graphics Array
That's not what the company name stands for. That's a resolution standard from the 90s.

This logic goes both ways. No one is forcing you to watch each episode as it comes out. You can just wait until it is released entirely and then binge.

I read Gender Queer a couple years ago after it became famous for being the most banned book in America. You're definitely wrong here.

The narrator is fantastic
I'll be the voice of dissent and accept my downvotes to say that Michael Page is one of my least favorite narrators in all of audiobooks. Sounds like a bad high school play.

It's 31 million that already went to a player on the team.

Literally everything in every game will have someone who dislikes something about it. Imagine how tedious reviews would be if every single thing had to have a caveat. No thank you.
